Pratap married Roop Kunwar Rathore daughter of Rao Maldeo of Jodhpur/Marwar
Akbar married Rukmavati Lal Baiji the younger daughter of Rao Maldeo in 1581
Rao Maldeo had 23 daughters out of which 4 were married to muslim rulers
One of Rao Maldeo daughter married Badshah Sher Shah Suri her name Lalbai in 1544
One of Rao Maldeo daughter married Badshah Muhammad Shah of Gujarat
So it was Rao Maldeo who started this traditions of marrying Rajput princess to muslims not Raja Bharamal
Now Akbar's greatest enemy was Sher Shah Suri as he had defeated Humayun and kidnapped his elder sister and never returned her
Badshah Muhammad Shah's biggest enemy was Akbar and Humayun as Humayun defeated his father Bahadur Shah after Karnavati's jauhar. So no way will Muhammad Shah III help Akbar like shown in serial.
And Akbar was Pratap's biggest enemy
But all four of them married daughter's of Rao Maldeo and were hence brother-in-laws in relation
Don't you feel its weirddd?
This Rao Maldeo seems to have fooled all his potential enemies by marrying off his daughters to them instead of Fighting
This realtion continued to next generation
Ra Maldeo son Raja Udai Singh married his daughter Jodh Bai aka Jagat Gosain to Jehangir and she was mother of Shah Jahan

This is taken from various history books not any link.
You can check out in British library books or state run library books on midevial india or rajasthan history
I am not sure of any source on net you can search and check if you want online. I do not think its there.
In sources they mentioned some poet Banki of Marwar
and
Mughal chronicles/Jehangirnama/Padshahnama which quote Jagat Gosain as Khurram mother and Jehangir wife and Rukmavati Lal baisa as one of Jehangir's mother as per Jehangir(because Akbarnama does not name any of Akbar's wife's only as someone daughter/sister).
Since Jehangir himself says Rukmavati Lal Baisa was his mother(step mom) and princess of Marwar so it is true. And Shah Jahan and Jehangir both mention Jodh Bai as mother and wife in autobiography.

I did not read entire books only these info caught my attention
Secondly Mahmuud Shah III who is shown helping Akbar here died in 1554 when Akbar was a 11 year old kid. No ways would he help otherwise also.

Really ? Any idea how old Akbar is in the show??
Btw Akbar was a title given to jalal which is not given to him in the show yet but they call him Akbar so we can expect this kind of bloopers often .

Akbar was 13 when he became a emperor in 1556. Since bundi war over 1 year back as per pratap he is 14 years old may be

Jalaluddin Mohmmad Akbar was name given by his father Humayun
Jallauddin was Humayun father Babur's first name
Akbar was Hamida Banu(mother) father's first name
Akbar is not title given by people. As per history the film/serial Jodha Akbar was showing a lie. Please do not take film/serial story as real history. Its 10% history 90% false. Do you think Akbar sent assasin to kill Pratap as real or BK attacking Mewar through Bundi as correct. Its all wrong. Akbar and Pratap never met in real history not even in war field. It was Akbar's general Man Singh or sons mostly Jehangir or Murad and Daniyal who fought war with him. Akbar only attacked Mewar once when he was 25 and Udai singh was King and Pratap 27 never went to war then. They went off secretly to Udaipur when fort was about to fall and matters got out of hand. Then jauhar occured and since Muhal forces suffered heavy loses he ordered 30000 civilans to be killed after war. That war is atleast 11-12 years away. Then in battle of Haldighatti Man Singh was commander and Jehangir a 7 year old kid was sent to war. Akbar did not come because he had epliptic attack just weeks before that war campaign during a hunting trip. Akbar was never in love or obsessed with Roop Kunwar Rathore because he married her sister Rukmavati Lal baiji and she was one of his favourite queens. Also Roop Kunwar's elder brother Udai Singh's daughter Jodh Bai married Jehangir and was mom of Shah Jahan and the empress of india from 1605 till 1613 till Nur Jahan became empress. If Akbar was obsessed with Roop the Jodhpur royalty would not have allowed so many marriages in Mughals. Even Daniyal his youngest son married another daughter of Marwar royalty. Jehangir's mom Hira Kunwari was first cousin of Roop, Udai and Rukmawati.
