Brilliant promos!!

Was an on and off viewer and recently started watching MP on a regular basis. Must say that for a period drama, the production values are very very good - almost unbeatable IMO compared to other historic shows going around.

True.. I started watching this again from yesterday after reading the WU.. I was pissed off during the DB phase a bit. Didn't want to watch saas-bahu drama although the queens drama seems real as it probably happened in those days..

I agree the promos are really good. I hope they episodes trun out as good as the promos are showing.

Yeah MP has great promos and very glossy production values. It is impeccable in terms of look and feel.

The casting is perfect.

Such quality and attention to detail is not there in any other period drama on air currently.

US & Shakti clash was great fun! We've enjoyed it to the hilt! 😉 Forum was really active in those days.

Now the Bairam Khan-US/Pratap face off was good fun to watch and revitalised the show with new energy! 👏

The only bit of grouse I have from them is spoiling characters like JB and at times making Pratap a weepy wimp too. Also they barely show culture of Mewar, customs or traditions and language/accent is not Rajasthani either. I mean a bit of an accent doesn't hurt. It makes show more attractive.

Otherwise it is among the best shows. And clearly the best in 10 PM slot for sure.
