Come on guys, how can we blame Rana for not filling the mong of Sajjabai when he filled the mong of jaiwantha. He even did not fill baityani's mong. When he has 22 wifes, one can't show the Raja visiting all their rooms personally to bid bye. He went to Bityani's room because she is carrying his unborn child which he may not be able to see. He never distingushed between his children. He sent all of them to secret place, not only Pratap. He instructed some extra caution towards Pratap only because of his rebellious nature and also because he will be crown prince who will have to take care of the province in future. (since he is the son of first wife).

When we come back to Baityani assuring jaiwatha about taking care of Pratap, it is only because she was assuring her that the future king will not be deprived of his love. To be frank with even no she was loving him more and used to personally cook for him and he infact went to Shamskan's place just to fetch some raw mangoes for her (since she was inclined to have them). That is the level of love with them.

Rani Sajja bai has 2 sons, and if Rana had neglected her, that would have been impossible right?
