I think at times the writers purposefully keep the character neither here nor there. It gives them an opportunity to play with the character, depending on how well the character is received by the audience. This is true specially for a short-term character.Mahadevi is another such character. She has her moments of lucidity in her brattiness.

Until now Runjhun hankers after her Pandey Niwas family as she settles in her own home. Today it was interesting that she shows up across the street from Pandey Niwas and yet does not show any inclination in visiting it, asking about Mahadevi or her M & Ms. She in fact blows her Mami log off, in spite of their begging, in favor of Guddu's good news and their family's happiness.Amma's talk, Guddu's actions and finally Runjhun's own mind processed what and where her priorities should be...Yaay, Runjhun!And Guddu too leaves her alone to make the right decision - to pay heed to Mami log or go to the mandir for Guddu's success in business.

I liked the twirl. It reminded me of the joy of the Sangeet dance. Nice broad smiles and such a spontaneity. Scene was lovely. Runjhun in her yellow sari looked like a light of hope. And Guddu grabbing her was such a loving and excited gesture, like a kid and a man at the same time. Again thinking about all that happened in the early part of the show in that exact spot, it was a delightful turn of events (no pun intended). It reminded me of the scene when both Guddu and RJ were laughing over the cell pone business. I love to see that very human moment of silly joy. It heals so much. I actually did not need Runjhun's inner narrative at that point.

totally agree with you the twirl reminded me of the dance and the scene where she imitates Guddu..totally natural more like Niv and Himmanshoo than Gunjhun...a beautifully done scene!!

Loved the scene where Guddu picks up Runjhun and twirls her. Very beautiful scene. Runjhun looked gorgeous in her sari. I am very happy that she was able to resist the Mamis attempts to misguide her. Liked that Guddu left Runjhun to deal with the Mamis. Want to see more of Devi and Kukkan and want to see their relationship develop. it will definitely take Devi some time to realize that Kukkan is a good guy. I liked the way he handled her. He always says things that she needs to hear. I am hoping that his words eventually help her develop as a person. Pre-cap. A nice hug. Would like to see that kind of hug when Runjhun admits her feelings for Guddu.
