R's reaction is more complicated. We are being shown by CV's that R is undergoing an internal struggle of whether to believe G truly loves her vs. the doubt that somewhere he is doing this for his own profit. Is this reasonable given his past actions towards her, I think it is.

What I find more difficult to follow is that while we see the doubting aspect of R's internal struggle we should also be seeing the attraction. We have seen G's overtures, and R's internal voice struggling with her doubts. I would like to see the part of her internal struggle where she is attracted to G. I would like to see her admire him or some eye locks where R is caught up in him and then pulls back because of her doubt. We saw this today. This scene was nice but we have watched this couple settle into domesticity. We need to see more of the blossoming of feeling from R's side so that we better understand her struggle.

I agree to what you say. The dead look that Runjhun used to give Guddu back in dec jan had that little more opened eyes that indicated her awareness of him. We do not get any such hints anymore. She is not affected by him in any way that shows an inner intrest like in those early epidsodes. She lookes the same way at Kukkan and all others as she looks at Guddu. That slightly more attentiveness is lacking. Like the scene when she is tending floweres and Guddu and gang playing cricket she lifts her eyes slowly to watch him. she is not watching him as much. I mean she is his wife and to judge him and his intentions she should be watching him more often to see whether his behaviour changes with small incidents of things aorund them? its lacking and some how that was the CVs trademark and cleverness with this serial. That come through to viewers.

Azuria, she should be watching him and we should see her awareness of him as a man. Today she responded to him by putting her hand on his shoulder, resting her head against him and closing her eyes. She was aware of him and only later pulled back. we should be seeing that awareness earlier and it should be building up to this.

PC I agree to the build up theory.
And gardes your assesment is pretty good of the situation.

But I still miss that subtelness of eye movment to know that Guddu is around that she had in the bigining.

Gardes is right watch the scene in the kitchen when Guddu bumps in her he is giving a look to her and she looks at him. She is not responding? she is not noticing either that her husband is sending a signal to her she just looks towards the food? In there I would have liked to see some kind of response like I see what you are saying! or avoiding his eyes but she looks at him and then food. She is not even registering that he wants her??
So he gets his hopes high. She is missleading him...

Gardes I agree with you, G's response was reasonable and he tempered his outburst because he and R have had many dialogues re his anger. I don't understand the dialogue completely but it seemed to me he felt bad for what he said and his reason for leaving was so he could control his anger.

Sorry guys, I tend to disagree with anyone who thinks Runjhun is not aware of Guddu's presence/glances. She is very much aware, she just does not know how to express herself freely and openly. She is just starting to and it scares her, as we saw. Like Guddu, Runjhun will have to have a major upheaval to come out of her shell. She also knows what is "required" of her as a wife, and appreciates Guddu's patience. She is just not as openly demontrative as most young women. She has been a one man army until now and this is all new for her...No one has ever complimented her, appreciated her, done things for her, asked her opinion. Don't expect such a persosn to act normally as if her past never happened. She was visibly jealous when after she thought he complimented her, she saw him looking out their window (before joining the mehndi ceremony). He was teasing but she was jealous.

The only drawback is that it may look like Runjhun is taking Guddu too much for granted if the writers don't write her scripts well.

Bear in mind that this is not a black mark against Nivedita. She is just a puppet in the hands of the writers and the director, who have the final say in what and how she should express in each screen shot.

I have written somewhere else that I think she is very much into Guddu but I dont want her to be demonstrative. I just want that shy and peaklook that she used to give him. I am not asking for a show off from her side. But I would appriciate if like it is shown at othertimes too that she is trying to understand that he is aware of her bhaag and thats why he has brought her from PN. She looks straight at him and then stare but it dose not match up.

The night she burned the clothes she said that he make her "Repulsive" Ghiin. That is a very physical emotion. A very strong physical awareness and suddenly she is not aware of him???? They are not in a physical relationship so as per human she should be more aware of her hubby stalking her???

Just some thoughts but they are mine!!!!
