Recap:Saroj revives Nihal from death .Minu instigates Vishu that she would've killed Nihal .Vishu takes the oxygen mask off Nihal and Nihal has difficulty in breathing .Saroj senses that somethings wrong.
( continuation of the same scene ) Saroj feels that something is wrong and sees Vishu walking out of Nihal's room.She comes to back to Nihal and puts the mask back.
At home,Vishu enquires Kuku whether he received a call from the hospital.Kuku says no and suspects whether Vishu was behind all these.Vishu admits and tells him that he did it to Nihal coz he couldnt forget the relationship that Nihal had with Suhana and coz of whom his wife is no more.Kuku assks him if he knew what the circumtances would be if something had happened to Nihal.Kuku also tells him that he should've taken the responsibility as an elder brother to Nihal and helped him in sorting out problems with Megha.Vishu tells him that if Nihal wasn't wrong he would've attacked him in reply,but he didnt do so.Just then Saroj arrives and tells him that Nihal didnt do coz Saroj had asked him no to do any such thing.(i couldnt get a few words here )Vishu tells her that neither she nor her uparwala (God) can do anything about this.Saroj gets furious and starts beating Vishu with a stick.parchayiji asks her to stop it as hes somebody's son,father and brother.Saroj throws the stick in anger and walks away.
Kuku and parchayiji comfort Vishu while Saroj is in the mandir and prays to Devi maa and remembers beating Vishu .Vishu is in pain and Kuku asks Nanda to call Megha.While Megha treats Vishu Saroj is still thinking about what happened and performs aarti to devi maa .Vishu is in pain and Nanda tells that may be the medicines dont have any effect on him.
Nanda comes to the mandir and sits beside Saroj.She ask Saroj why she did so,when Saroj tells her that Vishu had crossed all his limits and had comitted a sin(paap).Nanda questions her that with what rights did she do that and Saroj stammers,but tells Nanda that shes his mother.Nanda tells her that Saroj could never become Vishu's mother and that the sanskaar Vishu got is of Minu's and not hers(Saroj).Vishu is bad coz of Minu and its not Vishu's fault either.Suhana is remebered for her good deeds as the sanskaar in her was Saroj's and that Saroj isnt Suhana's mother.
Meanwhile Megha explains to Vishu(ok guys since when Megha started thinking) that Saroj is his mom and she could not tolerate this behaviour from her son and thus she beat him up.Megha also tells him that Saroj was responsible for clearing all the suspicions and doubts from her mind as well.She tells him that if Suhana wished she could've very well married Nihal,but instead she was so great that she thought about her(Megha),vishu,Sush and the child.She agrees that Nihal was wrong and had gone way ahead in his love and finally tells him that the main reason behind all the happenings ,i.e Suhana is no more and why should they hate each other.
Nanda tells Saroj that Saroj isnt God and that to err is human and walks away.
Saroj takes a diya in her hand and begins to perform the aarti again thinking about Nanda's words when Vishu stops her and asks why shes doing all these.Vishu tells her that he knows what a mother is the way hes been taught .He also tells her that shes Suhana's mom and who fought for her daughter's rights .And also tells her that hes unlucky that he didnt have a mother like Saroj and asks her to consider him her son.Saroj is happy and both hug.Vishu also tells her that he would bring Nihal back home and would see to it Nihal-Megha relationship is not severed.
Minu is unhappy that Nihal is alive coz of Saroj and Uppal adds to it and tells her that Vishu is also against them.She tells Uppal to find a solution rather than telling her what happened and asks him to be quiet.Uppal keeps his finger on his lips Minu asks him what would they do next and Uppal doesnt answer.Saroj enters and tells Minu that she would answer all of Minu's questions.Saroj tells her that a human being needs 2 meals a day ,fresh air to live so why shoud there be a want for something .She tells Minu to discard the thought of wanting more in life ,jealousy and anger.She also tells Minu that Vishu was and is her (Minu's) son always and that its time for Minu to get back home and take care of her family.Saroj leaves when Uppal asks Minu to leave to her house as hes newly wed(old man) ,when Minu tells him that Saroj cannot change her with the spiritual talks.
At home ,Saroj takes Parchayiji's belssings and asks her if she can take leave .Parchayiji tells her that shes done a lot for her ,to which Saroj tells her that everythings now forgiven and forgotten and her work is done.Vishu and Nihal try to stop her ,but she tells them to give up hatredness and live happily.She also tells them that shes happy that Suhana's reputation is back.Megha asks her to stay back and Saroj tells her that Parchayiji had promised to let her go once the work is done and that its time for her to leave .Saroj also tells them whether it be happiness or sadness nothing is confined within the 4 walls for her and that the world is hers.She looks at Suhana's pic .Kuku tells her that they've decided to open a hospital in Suhana's name ,and Megha tells her that they would name it Suhana Memorial Hospital.Saroj asks Sush to get a garland and asks Nihal to put it on Suhana's pic.nihal puts it on and thinks to himself that Suhana's love would remain in his heart and is in such a position that nobody can reach her.
They show a leap of 6 months and show Suhana playing a piano with kids in a school and is very happy.
Precap:A lady in the school tells Suhana that she should marry a good handsome guy and love her own kids and settle down in life.
