i dont think alpa hates shubham. she mght be bitter towards him because of suhana. she blames her sister for ruining things between her and shubham. This is all a misunderstanding because vishu misguided alpa into believing tht there was something going on between suhana and shubham and because of this she got married to bhuvan who is now her late husband. her heart still lies with shubham. i hope they do get tgth.
