4th March, 2005 Amritsar Avneet Dhanoa (from London) I wore a maroon lehenga from Benzer for the wedding. My designer, Vandana Arora designed a gold-and-orange lehenga for the reception. Avneet wore a designer sherwani for the wedding. Both Very short. I was introduced to Avneet by actress Preeti Sapru at a party last year. We got along, the families met and soon, we were engaged. A diamond embedded platinum band Simplicity, positive attitude, good heart. The whole wedding. Besides the ceremonies in Amritsar, we had we had another party in London after the wedding. Traditional Sikh wedding I don't remember anything unusual, but we both were very excited as we didn't meet for atleast five months before the wedding. |
