is she even there in kapils show 😕 bcoz already the promo is out and promotions have also.started but haven't seem shilpa in any of it let alone see haven't heard any confirmation from kapil or his team about shilpa joining them 😕 there are actors who are struggling to get roles and then there is shilpa 🥱

Don't know if she is there in Kapil's show but the way she is behaving seems she feels she is already in it 🤪

I think Shilpa needs some rest for herself. She has little idea what sshe has been saying and doing these days and how her own claims are getting against her.

First, she cites health issues for quitting her show and then she wants to do two shows at the same time.

Second she claims the makers should take a NOC before replacing her or she will go to CINTAA and then she didn't go to CINTAA although she claims she had been through mental and physical torture all the way.

Third, she doesn't believe in the exclusivity contract. Why did she sign it in the first place ?

Fourth she defames her co stars but then if the producer is a terror how come other actors are okay with it. Not one, not two but all three of them ?

Fifth she calls CINTAA a producer's body only because it asked her to resume shooting. She said she will take the PH to CINTAA if they replace her without a NOC. THe same thing is not applicable in her case ? She wants to walk out because she wants to walk out. What exactly was she thinking ?

Sixth Kapil has not confirmed aanything about her int he show. Yes, she has been approached and as per CINTAA 's judgement she cannot take work unless the issue has been resolved. What is she expecting here ? ANd then she claims someone threatened to ruin her career. Was it even needed ?

Shilpa shinde is really a dumb woman and she is really a greedy one too...trying to ruin careers of other hardworking people...I suppose thats why she represent the character of Angoori Bhabhi with such reality...she is dumb in her real life too...BAUDAM MAHILA...

Shilpa Shinde gets last warning to return to BJGPH sets but will she?

The Cine & TV Artistes Association (CINTAA), the governing body for small screen actors in India, has given one last chance to Shilpa Shinde, TV's latest controversy queen, to return to work and resume shooting for her show on &TV, Bhabi Ji Ghar Par Hai. Shinde refused to shoot any further for the serial, where she plays the demure Angoor Bhabhi, citing mental torture at the hands of the producers.

A report in The Indian Express, quoted Amit Behl, joint secretary of CINTAA, as saying: "It has reached a point where the artist (Shilpa Shinde) is not able to understand and she has gone and said that CINTAA is a producers' body and not an actors body. I have received a call from Channel Head also. Now this show is the channel's driver. Unfortunately, she is breaking the contract. She spoke to me also and instead of speaking logic she started crying over the phone."

Behl also said that he heard everyone's side of the story - Shilpa's, producer's and the broadcaster's - and found her to be unfair. He said that she had renewed her contract, her fees has been increased but she is still throwing tantrums which the producers are still tolerating only because she is part of the most popular show on the channel. He added that she is beyond reason in this case and unable to understand.

"When we heard out everything, we realised there was no torture. We tried telling her that but finally you can't talk to a wall. So we have issued a showcause notice to her but beyond a point we are also powerless. They (producers) can take legal recourse. We as creative people don't want this to become a mess and have tried reasoning it out. But unfortunately, Shilpa is beyond reason now," said Behl.

Ekta Kapoor also came to the support of the show's producer Binaifer Kohli and called Shinde unprofessional. "Producers work the hardest and earn the least," she said in an Instagram post.

The tiff between Shilpa Shinde and "Bhabi Ji Ghar Par Hai!" producer Binaifer Kohli has taken a new turn, with the actress saying she is ready to return on the show if her conditions are met.

In an interview with SpotboyE, Shilpa said she is ready to resume shoot, but only if Binaifer is replaced. She added that if the makers want her to be back on the show, the shooting location (Naigaon) would have to be changed.

"I will return if Binaifer is replaced and the location is changed. I am not mad to leave a good show, but can't work with a producer who wants to control me. Also, my health is not very good and there are no good medical facilities in Naigaon," Shilpa said.

The actress asserted that she has no problem with the channel. "The original team which created the show's concept is no longer there and the new members don't know me personally. So, they might have come under the influence of Binaifer, who has been spreading rumours about me," she said.

"I am ready for a legal battle, but Binaifer knows that she has no legal standing. I have an old High Court order, which says that contracts between producers and actors are not legally binding as they are one-sided," she added.

It was earlier reported that Shilpa had decided to quit the show to be a part of "The Kapil Sharma Show." Shilpa had also said that "The Kapil Sharma Show" meant more than a film to her. However, on being questioned about participating in the comedy show, Shilpa said she refused the offer due to her ill health.

Last month, Shilpa had stopped shooting for "Bhabi Ji Ghar Par Hai!"after accusing the production house of mental torture. The fallout between Shilpa and producer Binaifer Kohli became nasty when the actress didn't return to the sets, even after being directed by the Cine & TV Artistes' Association (CINTAA) to resume shoot. The association said since Shilpa had signed an exclusive contract she can't leave the show midway.
