Why are there so many comments suggesting that it was MAYA who arranged Prem's murder, when in actual fact it wasn't.

Maya has pulled so much crap...and much of the audience despises her but that doesn't mean that you interpret the episode incorrectly just because you hate the character. Yes she texted Samay and told him to get rid of the video but I don't think MAYA assumed that this was the way SAMAY would go about getting rid of the video. So many people have already said that there were several other ways SAMAY could have deleted the video without harming Prem. There are some comments where people have said that by not answering the phone to SAMAY, MAYA knew that he would react this way... Well now you are just making your own assumptions...SO you mean to tell me that MAYA intentionally did not answer the phone because she knew that if she didn't SAMAY would kill Prem??????

As mentioned MAYA has pulled so much rubbish...but believe it or not she did not plan Prem's death.

Agree completely...samay would ve chosen someway or otherway to delete that video...he chosen killing for his own sake to blackmail Maya..he will pull Maya back to darkness...he did say,will reverse the time..hope this track ends very fast really very fast..so much darkness and killing leaves head ache and heart heavy...TV is for entertainment,show something very pleasable...

Maya's responsibility in Prem's death are as follows:

- She planted Samay in Saanjh's life
-She asked Samay to marry Saanjh for her own selfish reasons!
-She forced him to stick to her plan even after he was unwilling & demonstrated how violent he could turn by cutting his own finger!
- She enticed with false hope & coaxed him to prove his love for her on the day of Sagai! In other words, she inspired & motivated him to do her dirty jobs!
-She was constantly monitoring him on various developments,including texting of SMS on CCTV video, specifically!

If her mad dog that she had deployed with a sinister motive to destroy her enemy's life goes out of her control (even assuming that she did not give any explicit instructions to kill prem) does she not have any responsibility in this cold blooded murder?

If Maya can say that all those who are provoking her to commit the evil acts, should also share blame for her actions, then will the same logic holds good if Samay says only maya 's anger has provoked him to do such a heinous crime?!

She is very much a partner-in-crime & shares the blame with her stooge for loss of an innocent life, even though no evidence so far to link her directly!

But maya never cares for such things, as she is successfully evading law & roaming around only to enjoy life, in the comforts of her home, freely for 3 plus years after killing someone!

lol exactly, Maya should be blamed for everything because she's Maya. She would not have killed prem, she would have just deleted the video somehow because prem was never a threat to her.

The list you have provided is more like a list of crimes MAYA has commited which make her guilty for ruining Saanj's life, in attempt to keep her away from Arjun. The list proves that up until now SAMAY has always done what MAYA has asked him to do specifically. So to address those that say she wanted him dead ..this is false. If she wanted him to be murderd then YES she would have given specific instructions...which she didn't.

In relation to PREM the only thing MAYA is guilty of is planting SAMAY into their lives. It was SAMAY'S intention to Murder PREM and was his actions alone that took his life. Saanj was part of the plan to make Vandanah live with Arjun and Maya despite knowing how dangerous this could be for Vandana. Even though this plan was not formulated by Saanj for her own selfish reasons...through your logic she would have been responsible for Vandans death had MAYA killed her...I wonder whether in that situation you would make both SAANJ and Maya share the blame for the death like you are making Samay and Maya.

Im sure maya did not tell samay to kill prem...she merely told him to get rid of the video which samay could have deleted...

he would have called "prem uncle plz come here" and then when prem goes from the room, he would have cancelled the download and deleted the video from email...he need not kill

BUT im also sure maya is not at all sorry for prem's death

like she said, no matter how many people die, arjun must never leave her

@Blue If Maya killed VM, Saanjh has to answer Ayaan, Arjun & even her own parents for the risk involved in her plan, but not necessarily law enforcing agency as she did not beak any law!
If VM managed to kill Maya (like she attempted with knife!)even police will surely question Saanjh as well for her role in this consipracy!

Maya does have a great moral culpability in bringing this disaster to Mathurs & should take responsibility to answer Suman & her children! But she won't ever admit that she only planted Samay! So, this question does not even arise to her!

To establish her criminal culpability, available info is still sketchy & one has to wait for some more time!
One is not going to take anything on face value-if it involves Maya-Samay combo in criminal action after seeing how the injury marks came on her body in Ayaan's case!

If Maya guided the Samay missile to hit Prem, then it is direct criminal culpability !
If Samay behaved as unguided missile, then deploying him under her command in that place needs serious answers!

I don't understand why Maya took so much trouble in planting Samay in Saanjh's life and getting them engaged and all cuz she should know by now this fly will will not leave them alone no matter how many Samay's she sets her up with. She should have used Samay to kill her ...bas baat khatam ! Fly out of the way... but here she continuously facing problems keeping the fly alive and Prem got faltu mein killed in the process.

I agree in a limited way, that Maya's thought process is puzzling in this case! Why is she not going for bull's eye?

Similarly, the other psycho is beating around the bush? If he has decided to defy Maya's command, then why to kill Prem in stead of Arjun, himself?

Very strange behaviors from both Psychos! They are not clear what their targets are or what?
