Husna...slight disagreement here...Maya has no remorse that SAMAY killed Prem for her, but the murder was purely Samay's doing...had Maya instructed him to kill prem, I would have held her accountable too...else, it's SAMAY only here...she only asked SAMAY to tackle the video bit, that's it...

Is it?..the bold bit, I mean...will read up n get back...SAMAY could have hacked into prems account without killing him also na đĄ...such a jerk!!đĄ
Khushi its being childish to xpect logic in cv's logics so as far as slippers are concerned, they do change the intensty of electric shock but its drama serial where everything is possible...I feel prem's death was neccessity of the show and will be turning point for many turns n twists in the show...

I saw Prem's hands touching both poles. This much electricity is enough to make the heart rates go berserk and cause death. I have always known that electricians who handle bare wires keep one hand in pocket and wear heavy rubber sole shoes. This prevents completing the circuit and current going through the heart. The rubber soles prevent insulation from the ground which can also allow current to pass. IMO

I somehow don't agree that it was necessary for prem to die...how on earth is Saanjh gonna live with the fact that had she not sent the email to prem, he might have NOT died?Is this the reward one gets in life for being selfless n true n helpful??đ˛

I understand the point of your disagreement and why you'd do so. Having said that, she according to me is to be held equally responsible as Samay. Allow me to explain why do I say so.For instance, lets say an organisation that supplies arms for destructive purposes, for each death that resulted due to the use of those arms, the organisation is as much as responsible as the one who used the weapons.Lets say a person has a rabid and dangerous dog has a pet, that person leaves the dog behind for everyone who might have happened to rub the person the wrong way. But since the person is so callous and doesn't feel the need to put a leash around his/her dog, the dig ends up biting others as well. You can't acquit the owner of the dog from being held responsible. One more, lets say a person runs an organisation that's actually meant to just serve that person's ulterior motives and protect his own secrets and has people appointed to serve him. In order to save himself from being exposed, he instructs those people to do whatever it takes to wipe the evidence against him and people obey his commandments using their own sense of judgement. You can't, again, acquit this person from being held accountable. While there's absolutely no denying that Samay could have easily made the better choice, (you know how I have always spoken about the power of choices) he went ahead with his killer instincts because Maya manipulated him into doing so and there's no denying that either. I wouldn't have held her responsible in this particular case had she not messaged Samay instructing him to stop the evidence at any cost. This isn't just about how Maya showed no emotions for Prem's death. This is about how Maya despite promising Arjun to change, went ahead and broke it the very next moment and pretended to have been making attempts to genuinely change. Then instructing Samay to do her bidding despite being aware what he's capable of doing if pushed to the brink. And then, acknowledging that she doesn't care if lives are lost so long as she doesn't get exposed and Arjun doesn't leave her. She's the cause, the root cause to every misery Saanjh or the Mathur family have suffered ever since she planted Samay in her/their lives. If she isn't responsible in anyway for this, then Saanjh/Vandana/Jhanvi/etc aren't responsible for having acted as triggers for her intentionally or unintentionally. And thus, she's morally, ethically, factually and logically equally responsible and accountable as Samay is. Whether or not she's equally legally punishable for the murder would, of course, depend upon what laws/IPC are applicable under this case. Personally, I don't think she deserves any mercy or justice at this point whatsoever.
Saanjh's fight will now be no longer justice for Ayaan alone, it willl be for a proper closure to her father's death, as well, if & when truth about Prem's death comes out in the open!Originally posted by: ---Khushi---
