Samay might kill Prem coz apart from him and Arjun Prem also has the video which can prove Ayaan's innocence and Maya's facade

And Prem is a character whose death will certainly have an impact but over all he is not a central character as well.

So, his death can cause the intended impact without killing any central character.

Not 100% sure, but it has to do with how you set up your e-mail account. If you want to save a copy of the sent e-mails or not. However, I don't think CV s would go into such detail.

I am just glad that they didn't show how long Ayaan is sent in jail for. Otherwise, at this rate, his jail time would probably be over before they find evidence and reopen the case😆

Ayaan can stay in his own house with Vandana once he gets out and he would get married soon too. It's just that Maya has been shown too strong with Samay's help and there is not much choice for Saanjh other than struggle to find actual CCTV footage. I just feel bad for the concerned brother trapped unnecessarily in all this mess. Justice delayed is justice denied in his case

So again there will be no proof against Maya and Prem's death will be the first and will cause an impact on the story.

As most of us had earlier predicted that Maya will be pregnent by end of phase 2...so Maya is indeed pregnent...it is just that it happened earlier than expected.
