@manya I have put my analysis in your thread based on yours and Alexs post. Please read it. And I am really thankful to you guys as I was trying to connect some symbolism from season 1

@Alex Beyhadh had 3 phases and as we know the 4th phase will stand maybe in a week. It is like the cycle of life.

Though there are only 2 realities birth and death, like day and night. There is always life between these 2 points.

Life there are 2 phases. A phase in which something old is destroyed, the path of destruction that is dusk or Saanjh. A medium through which life becomes death. Now every night has a new beginning or a new day. So when something is destroyed, it creates pain, but from pain something new is born and a new day happens. The path to construction is savera or dawn.

Season 1 was day, season 2 dusk, season 3 night, season 4 dawn which leads to a new beginning.

If we take Arjun day, Maya night and Saanjh the medium. It depends on the action of medium destruction or construction happens. As medium has both faces of destruction and construction. That's why during wedding episode Saanjh broke the bangle of her one hand, but bangles were there in other hand. She has both life and death with her. It depends on what she chooses.

We are seeing in real life cases, persons going for such tests -if a doubt crops up, even long after the body is buried -taking samples out of bones or hair to make a firm conclusion!

But, Maya's husband is a duffer, he never learnt anything from her like how she dealt with Ayaan's DNA samples!
Hmm... Her neck-bite revelations & stripping incident in court convinced one judge to err in judgement, then! Now, again the same neck with finger marks & other wounds on body have convinced this judge to rush with his conclusion in 48 hours of murder incident!

Maya dead or alive -original or her dummy- does it matter?
She decides what the court should pronounce! well, in this case the judge can not be entirely faulted as the duffer made his confession in the open court in a bid to save dusky! He had his opportunity to counter the prosecution if he really suspected Maya is still alive, when the court re-assembled after their visit to morgue! He did not realise it then, looks like!

But, why did his brain flicker so late?
Salman Khan ka tubelight effect?Will he stop cremation at least now, to take out body samples for DNA analysis before it is too late?

@Fernandes...Ur theory is good...But will it work given that Maya is a master planner...If Duffer asks for re examination will Pooja allow???U never what all accusations she will put on him saying he is torturing Maya even after death by stopping her cremation!!!I think given the situation nd since he realised it lately, telling to Dusky is a good option!!!Becoz we audience should also know, what's the real Maya??Why does she became like this!!!What's so wrong Abt her that even her mother Jhanvi, didn't feel anything for her daughter after her death also!!!Saanjh has to find the answers but only if she goes in correct direction..Not to prove Maya bad nd mad to the world but to know the reason why is Maya mad nd bad...Not for her imaginative love from Arjun but for his Duffer friend...If she plans the correct way nd takes Ayaan's help, We will get to see some light finally...or else Sab MAYA!!!!!

Two factors to be considered, here!
1. A man's life is at stake! Due consideration by Law is definitely needed before executing the decision!
2. How confident Arjun is about his suspicion on Maya! If he has sometthing very definite, his defence lawyer should help him & convince the courts!
We are not even discussing appeals to high court or Supreme court, here!

@ajay it is bhaigan bhartha. Remember the dinner. I still remember Maya telling Saanjh to have gulab jamun. She had made it with her own hands😆😆. Yes Saanjh is going to enter Maya's den. Maya knows this and is waiting for her with the dinner. Another interesting dialogue was " Focus Karo". Saanjh had gone nuts there 😆😆

If Saanjh focuses, hears the right voice, knows the source of why Maya is bad and mad there is hope. if it is again maine kuch nahi kiya, maya pagal hai, as you rightly said it is sab Maya hai 😆😆

@Shruthiji...Even now if Saanjh says Sab Maya ne Kiya Hai I won't have any pblm given the gravity of the situation Maya has trapped her...Maya raised questions on Saanjh's modesty...But I badly want Saanjh (&Arjun) to realize that the way they behaved nd has done PDA is inappropriate nd no wife will approve it...I was literally mad at Dusky & Duffer office romance...It didn't look like fndship from any angle...Every relation has to know it's limit...Be it love or fndship...Arjun got these two limitless..that's why it led to his destruction nd made him stand on death bed!!!Saanjh has to give light to ArYa relation...or else I don't know what CVs have planned!!

Maya's love has transformed into a mindless & even heartless obsession! Saanjh's friendship is maturing into true love! Arjun has declared hate to Maya! He has not said anything to his Dusky!
When the Season changes, wind directions also change! Arjun's life is passing trough many seasons! Let us see which way the wind is going to blow now!

@ajay yes she can shout sab Maya ne kiya, but that wont help her or her duffer. She really has to introspect her relation with Duffer. What Duffer and Dusky showed in office no sane wife will tolerate and even the most sane one will go mad. Even in season 1, what Maya watched in restaurant or that hug in holika dahan a wife cannot tolerate. A sane wife will walk out of the relation telling she cannot tolerate this rubbish. But then this mahan dusky and duffer will tarnish that woman's image telling she is bad, she doesnt value relations and much more, even telling marriage failed because of her. That's the mahanta of that toxic friendship.Maya is mad and bad, so she mad that friendship also bad, asking Dusky and Duffer to take decision. Is it friendship or is it love. There cannot be anything in between.

Saanjh says she knows arjun well but all i can say is maya knows arjun well. His each move , his reactions , his actions. Arjun is not that intelligent to find a clue. Its maya who kept that clue so that arjun can find her and reach her. Its ultimately the mayajaal. Duffer will always remain a duffer. I want this to end like gone girl way.😆

I doubt what arjun noticed is maya's tattoo missing, because maya planned the whole thing so well.She even got the markings on her neck and some mark that lasted three years back, so how will she forget the tattoo on her wrist. I agree there might be some small detail maya might have forgotten but the tattoo is not that small. Or is it deliberately done by maya so that arjun gets a clue or something.Its maya afterall. I'm totally confused now.But arjun found something about maya being alive for sure.

The lawyer Pooja is definitely coming back, her role is not over. She mentioned in the court she knows what maya felt, so there is some stor of hers which we might get to see later on.Also she watched the whole thing outside the court and did look suspicious also when jhanvi went away from her. She might dig the case further.

Did you notice the eyelock between arjun and jhanvi. Jhanvi's expressions felt like she wanted to say something to arjun and arjun blinked once looking at her.@shruthiravi do you think there is some significance of that.
