Maya's actions are wrong & it cannot be justified. I am not trying to do it either. Maya had confessed one more thing to Vandana apart from injuring her hand. Maya told Vandana openly that she had made genuine efforts to be a good DIL but it was not valued.
Some people say that even if Vandana had accepted her as her DIL, she wouldn't have changed but Maya has a soft side. If you are nice to her, she will be doubly nice to you. She would even give her life for you. If Vandana was nice to her, she would have loved her as her own mother. She wouldn't have got the feeling that Jhanvi is good for nothing and would have forgotten all her sorrows by now, thereby being a better person.
But sadly, some people really don't understand Maya. I say that her actions are wrong. I don't deny that but here we are alleged of criticizing other characters but Maya but what I see is only Maya is blamed while all other characters have contributed to the incident that took place.
I had deliberately skipped yesterday's episode which I watched it online today. Maya had ruthlessly crushed Vandana's hand in the door and that is too much. However, I cannot fully sympathize with Vandana, nor can I justify Maya's actions. All that I can say is everyone is responsible for their actions, be it, Maya, be it Saanjh, be it Arjun, be it Vandana, or Jhanvi or even Ayaan. I cannot fully sympathize with any of the characters with the way the track is going.
