Cultural outlook is different from country to country. They are values. What is good for western culture is not acceptable in India and our conservative outlook is not acceptable in western countries regarding dress code, relationships etc. It does not mean one country is superior or one culture is superior. It reflects in art forms too.Our movies cant make a cut at Oscars. Their movies cant win our filmy awards. How many of us are comfortable wearing bikinis or swimsuits in public beaches like them without inviting undue attention and stares?

gosh with the amount of violent crime that is in every single country i dnt think its right to typecast any country with certain moral values. what values do people actually have at the moment none if you not a murderer you only looking out for yourself. every one is different you might have a very conservative white person who does not wear a bikini and is not comfortable doing so. does that mean her values are suddenly indian.

this show pushes the limits of what is acceptable on indian tv. as an international audience i am enjoying the non saas bahu aspect of the show aka Maya. those white shows have Chuck from gossip girl, the salvatore brothers, they have Dexter a main lead who kills people( i cant tell u how much i love that show). Finally those retarded indian writers grew some balls and gave fans who like the bad, a real crazy Bitch to make us happy. so what if she kills people and sets people up she is hot and jenny's crazy acting skills makes one want to salivate on her. i could literally transport maya to any white show and she will fit in somehow. maya could be white, indian, black or chinese and she would somehow be a little bit more real than all the angels on indian tv who look absolutely dumb.

at the moment the sort of nonsense that is on indian tv is too regressive and gives of a very bad impression of what the indian culture actual is. because of india forum i have met some strong, intelligent, independent females from india but this is rarely reflected on these indian shows. No offence

Thank you for your comment because it becomes difficult to argue when people use words like values in indian telivision show... How can wearing bikinis be compared to a psychopath????? Because no country's value support that... It's just a show which people enjoy... And if show has to be compared with real life values then crime rate of indian is really high... Why indian values go down gutter that time..??? This is the only indian daily soap I am watching because rest are full of boring shitty characters... The only reason beyhadh is different is because of maya... Rest are ordinary boring characters... It adds spice to the show... Again it's totally baseless to bring the topic indian values in a fiction... Because again even other country with different set of value are not in support of a psychopath killer in real life...

No country supports criminals. But the people of a country are different. India has got its own share of criminals and so are the others. But Indian audience wont accept criminals winning while some country people wont be that judgmental. Nowadays we are seeing how regressive even the so called modern western society has become. There are hate crimes, racial crimes and the like. We maybe regressive but I dont others are that progressive.

There were and are good serials and they need audience support. What is so special about Beyhaddh? It is not a original concept in the first place. And it is trying to be sensational than logical.

why are u speaking for the whole of india. just coz u think something does not mean that others think the same. gosh its like if Maya gets better and wins or is bad and she wins she will bring the whole of india down lol

It is not about Maya. It is about corruption. Bribing, false cases etc. I can speak for my country. So can others.

so other countries the people that live in it they ok with corruption etc. not talking about the actual politicians of any country coz they only think of themselves.
