Maya had to go through a very traumatic childhood. But that does not, I repeat , does NOT excuse her crimes. This is BS!

If she's committed a crime at the age of 9-10, the one Ashwin kept refering to, I could forgive her for that because she was a kid & that too an abused, abnormal one. Framing & trapping someone, at the age of 26-27, is a crminal offence & I'm waiting for the day she will pay for her crimes.

Why I like Maya?
She's a badass, she's a manipulator and she's not boring. She's a very interesting character always making me think what is she gonna do next. Minus all her mistake and wrong doings, she's a lovely person yet she's deadly haha. After all, she is the main attention of the show. If it wasn't for Jennifer this show wouldn't be that popular as it is now.

I really loved Maya in season 1, she was classy with her games and no one knew about it. In season 2, the creators are hell on bend destroying her character.


Plus, female leads are always shows as goodie and always sacrificing. Which is utterly boring. With Maya it's different, it relates to us human beings that we are selfish, etc

People saying that Ashwin's abusive doesn't impact Maya on ahaha 😡 find out some information before making assumptions. She was abused so obviously children are gonna have some side effects. Same applies to kids whose parents get divorced at a young age. They are impacted heavily, some end up into drugs and screwing their life. Others develop insecurities.

P.s Maya rocks, that's all it matters 👏

Maya counter reacts badly due to people's actions.

Had Saanjh maintained a friendly distance with Arjun then Maya wouldn't have felt insecure and wouldn't have turned into a control freak.

Had VM accepted Maya wholeheartedly after ArYa marriage then things would have been much different. Maya had even gone to the extent to falling on VM's feet to be accepted but the woman didnt budge.

As as far as Ayaan case is concerned then we yet dont know whether he is innocent or guilty. Because all that keys and kick theory don't fit into the scenario where Ayaan spoke those filthy dialogues to Maya and disrobed her not once but twice and thrice times infact he was continuing to assualt Maya had Samay not arrived in time.

Even after Samay had arrived Ayaan kept on saying "chod do mujhe main isse aaj nahi choodonga" not once he mentioned the word "keys" he still wanted to attack Maya.

Problem is the perception that people like Vm and Saanjh have built about Maya being mad and bad needs to break. And yes all need to see themselves first before pointing fingers only on Maya. Maya also needs to see her mistakes.

Because they behave that way!
It is their nature! When they suspect a threat, either they try to run away or come charging on their attackers!
If humans start behaving like wild animals, what happens to social life?

Wild animals are suited only for jungles! Even keeping them in Zoos is not a good thing!
But if a human with wild animal instincts start keeping 'normal persons' in her personal Zoo, it is deplorable & condemnable!

It can't be ignored or dismissed as some one's private affair!

Such malice can spread beyond the four walls of her house & soon may start affecting others as she gets emboldened more & more!

Maya needs course correction! It is time or it will never be!

In medicine there is nothing called insanity or madness. These are terms used in the legal realm to reduce punishment or exonerate the accused..

May is clearly suffering from mental illness. they way she bangs her head and other actions are tell tale signs of someone suffering from a mental disorder.

Even though psychopaths are abhorred and detested by the society, one cannot feel but sorry for them. However, if not treated or not locked up, they can be a threat to the society.

Had the role of Maya been played by a new actor, I doubt there would have been such fanfare for the character. If not, villains in films will be more popular and sought after by fans than their heros
