Maya has not framed Ayan. Listen to Samay's and Maya's testimony. Maya says when Ayan touched her she felt bad. That's true. She felt bad, the FB in her mind playing shows she felt bad.

Now Samay tells Ayan was not doing rape on her and then explains the scene. Now for Maya she felt it was attempt of rape, but what happened was physical assault and intimidation with flithy dialogues. Yes Ayan did this . There is no escaping this part.

So Maya was right as she felt that way and Ayan is also right as he didnt intend that way.

Now why it is twilight zone and why Saanjh ended up in the mess and Maya won is because Saanjh didnt look at the case objectively. She justified the physical assault telling any brother would have done it. Maya put the keys in the blouse so that gives Ayan the right to rip her clothes and tell flithy dialogues. No. He has to be punished for physical assault and intimidation. If Saanjh had gone on questioning Maya on cant Ayan want to get keys as you did this to your husband instead of jumping to conclusions Ayan would have got punishment for the right crime, Maya would have been termed obsessive wife who needs treatment. Only thing Saanjh wont get that power of making Maya bad and mad.

Now what happens. A man has got punishment in wrong category, a woman feels vindicated and another woman feels more vengeful that opens the bloody war front where Maya has to be proven mad and bad. That means her childhood. So at this phase Maya will be proven bad and mad as it will be proven rape was staged. But that is also not the truth.

Truth is somewhere in between. So when will that happen. Only post Maya put into aslyum. World of perception is beautiful and one thing I love about Beyhadh is that, they have kept the perceptions beautifully.

Ayaan commiting suicide- Arjun in depression and suffocating- Sharma family sanjh all destroyed- samay hanging around for maya- Arjun finally getting something about rape case and spying on Maya and maybe doubting samaya- he approaching sanjh now who's ether join him or turning him down cause she's guilty for ayaan- Arjun taking initiative to expose Maya and then Maya pulling a amy with the help of samay.
