Even if Maya says it is a physical assault with her dress torn, the law would still consider it as a rape or attempt to rape. It can be fake only if Maya tears the clothes by herself & physically hurts herself & and artificially puts the marks on her neck. When the CVs have clearly shown Ayaan doing that it will be a shitty twist if it is shown that Maya did that by herself & framed Ayaan.

There has to be clear intention of rape! Indirect words/meanings can not be taken as conclusive proof! Direct abuses with sexual references are conclusive proof!

Physical touch -what we call bad touch on specific parts of body can be taken as sexual assault -but only molestation!
Rape has a very specific definition in law!
Biting on neck! is it falling under the category? we have to wait & see!
