Thank you for this post. This is a much needed post. Actually I was shocked to see people justifying maya in a separate thread for her actions. She was just hugging and sleeping. Just because arjun is a man and he doesn't cry and no sad bg is played when he is tortured so people find it normal which is not true. Arjun is suffering but people blame him for not healing maya.

Whatever your saying about the massage I totally understand it's your opinion and I completely respect it but if you rewatch the scene and see Arjuns expression when Maya was on top of him, it clearly looked like he felt helpless even in sexual matter, as if she is sexually abusing him. See if Arjun had been loving to her even 1% Maya could bribe and do all that for fun to give Arjun a massage but in this scenario there is no love from Arjuns side and he has not even been close to her that way since 2 years so she doing that is actually wrong. Expecting a baby isn't wrong but one can't really force another person.

I agree with your other points completely. About the ending, I really don't think about it. I like enjoying whatever is happening in present and I wanted Season 2 to be like Arjun being depedent on Maya. He loves Maya and maya is all the dominant cool personality and he out of love accepts her that way but here it is so opposite she is just torturing him. I want Maya to really redeem herself and Arjun forgives her for the torture and confesses that he didn't really accept her for love only but also other reasons. I want both of them to be honest with each other

And I also respect your opinion and agree with what you said. Yes it's true, well if arjun was happily married I'm sure he would have loved it when his wife was on top of him being all sexy whilst giving a massage but yes he didn't look too pleased 😆 but his reasons are understandable as he's trapped and he's not feeling the love, hence why I do feel sorry for him

I do feel quite sorry for Maya Aswell because I personally feel she really does love arjun, she wants to be loved but she's not understanding the fact that her love is 'Beyhadh' it's unhealthy love, yes you can be crazy with your love but not to the extent what Maya is showing this is why many Arya fans agree she needs treatment and support from arjun and hopefully she can redeem

And I agree with your point, both need to be honest as arjun himself has not been honest to Maya and there is a theory he married for money so I hope they open up, I hope both redeem and hoping for a good ending for them. They both deserve love as both of them had a painful past I don't want thier future to be imcomplete and painful Aswell

Tbh, I feel sorry for both. I liked the way he stood for Maya before marrying her and against Vandana after the wedding. I wanted Vandana to be proved wrong in her thinking. I completely agree that what Maya is doing is not right. In my opinion, Arjun is getting punished for not being honest with her. Only for him meeting Saanjh secretly, the incidents that took place in Holy and his flirting with other females in the office.

Him not healing Maya doesn't make him eligible for every kind of abuse in this world. Arjun has many bad things in himself but that doesn't justify Maya abusing him.

Its not simple hugging😕 it is abducting, injecting, tieing him up which is an assault. I dont know what these people have in their mind because as a society we shouldn't do this to anyone and defend the victims and help them. Martial assault is a very major issue and if hundreds of people start defending it, no one in real world being victimised by this will ever get help.

Arjun's options

Well, most of us have clearly understood the situation that he is currently in.
A 'catch22' situation!
If he goes with Maya, then life is hell! He no longer, has a stomach or heart or even mind to bear it!
If he resists or tries to escape, she will get him back into her jail, undoubtedly!

So, what to do?
He can complain to police or even divorce her! but, he won't, because it means death to her!
He does not want her to die!
If that is what he wants as means to end his problems, he would have killed her or at least, let her commit suicide!
Is there any hope that things will get sorted out- on its own- like a faint hope, Maya will get cured or realize her misdeeds & start to redeem herself. . . etc!

I don't think any such thing is going to happen, any time!

Is there any way out, for him?
Yes, he needs help & it will come to him! He can't let Maya suffer or die, because he loves or at least loved her at some point of time!
But, others around him or not so generous! They don't value or care for Maya! Surely, they believe that Arjun can and will live without Maya!
Maya going out of his life is only a pain but surely, time will heal for him. And then he can move on!
Even, he may know it! But his dilemma is not allowing to precipitate such a situation!

So, more & more craziness from Maya will convince his well wishers/saviours to step in at some point of time & break his resolve/dilemma/sympathy for Maya!

An all-out effort to bail him out from this hell, will begin!

Maya will not let it happen so easily!

There will be a big fight! Eventually, Arjun will get relief at a cost!

A cost huge enough to make every one suffer & pain all of us!

Very sad to paint a gloomy picture! But, if it is Beyhadh . . . there is hardly any option!
