Well not misbehaved. But he did manhandled her.said disgusting words to her like " Aaj sari haade par hojaegi" " Maut bhi kaam h tumhare liye, tumare sath aisa kuch karunga ji tum nazre uthakr dekh ni paogi" " main bhool jaunga tum meri bhabhi ho"..etc..
Apparently, Arjun had heard his dialogues...
But Ayan i thnk was not trying to molest her.he did tore her clothes, bite her neck i thnk( i m nt sure) and was trying to force her to get keys..

So i think Ayan tried to physicly assault her but not sexually..

Trying to get it? Yeah right if it means tearing her clothes and touching her wrongly yes. P.s - The keys were on the table.

Two wrongs doesn't make a right. What Ayaan did was indeed disgusting; but what Maya is doing to Arjun is also not acceptable. I feel this show is going in circles and is a kind of boomerang. If a certain character is wrong then to avenge that person, another character has to resort to wrong ways too. An eye for an eye is indeed making people in this show blind! Seems like writers are big-time sadists.

Arjun may believe. Bcoz he heard Ayan words himself.. And also cctv recordings.. In camera it would have been recorded of Ayan tearing her clothes and pinning her down..
Also samay being witness. Arjun doesnot know Samay knows maya from before..so he may believe her
