He always thinks the grass is greener on the other side. Also not sure how he is going to live without his wealth.

Any normal woman who understands him will want to move on... cause the attraction that Arjun had for Maya was because of her physical charm and wealth. He is not willing to give emotionally for her...

Whereas Samay seems to know Maya inside out and has realized his mistake and is willing to help her (hopefully) unconditionally. Right now his loyalty seems to be with Maya. Given Arjun;s state of mind why would Maya want to hold on to him... especially when she sees what exactly he sees in her... when she finally sees the light.

No matter what happens... Saanjh and Arjun have unhappiness written all over. Saanjh reminds me of Margo, Nicks sister in Gone girl.

And if this show ends like GG then Arjun is in for an unhappy life.

@sunithi Ashwin cannot win that much I know. Whatever Ashwin is there in Maya even that has to go if Maya the girl has to win. Remember Jhanvi telling Maya you are also a symbol of Ashwin and then Maya goes to committ suicide. Yes physically Maya cannot eliminate the Ashwin in her. You cant remove the genes of your parents, but mentally Maya can remove the Ashwin in her. That is her battle. That's why I told she will lose, her losing is not Maya the girl losing, but Ashwin in her losing. You will have to wait atleast till end of Maya for clear picture to emerge

@Laska the guilt is created in Maya by Ashwin, the darkness. Her battle or the facade she creates stems from the fear of Ashwin. Once she is able to defeat that part in her, she will be able to move ahead. It is an internal battle for which a part of her itself has to take trouble and pain.

I don't think Arjun loves saanj also..In pub scene he said I love you to her and also mentioned if I have probs with Maya to whom I will go...Same day he said I love you to Maya in drunken state..Arjun is unfit for love..He loves himself ,use people according to his conceivence..he can't think beyond him..Such a monster..

@unique exactly Arjun married Maya for everything but Love. he cant treat her like a doormat like he does others.

@sunithi Arjun is selfish. The only person who has understood this man is Prem. But no one is willing to listen to him. Even Suman has her share of doubts on him. They are trying their best to dissaude Saanjh from going behind Arjun. But alas Saanjh is lost in her la la land.

This does not look fake because if Maya will use the CCTV footage then she knows she will surely get caught and I suppose she is not an idiot. Things will not be easy like last time when Ayaan was frame because there will be solid proof against Ayaan but for sure he will not go to jail.

There can be two possibilities in this case ; Maya could be faking which I highly doubt since she did not have sort of enmity with Ayaan ; If this is real then I guess only way Ayaan will be saved when Maya will take her case back on Arjun's insistence 😕 whatever it is, the show is going very extreme, This is not the Maya we wanted though show is about her obsession but not till this level.

@poppins case will happen. At this point Maya case looks stronger. Because Samay has seen it, Arjun has heard Ayan's words. But as time goes by most probably Arjun will back out or Dusky can make him back out telling you know Maya, how she manipulates. Samay's vision alone cannot help because Saanjh can prove Maya staged it going by her past records. Especially just before the incident Maya is a critically ill patient, everyone in the colony has seen her like that. So if she looked fine immediately post that incident, first incident will be proven fake and there will be many others which obviously Saanjh will dig out so in a nutshell the attempt of molestation will be proven fake where Maya will be shown mad and bad to the world. We need to see what happens after that.

What will Maya do, will she disappear or will Samay take her, what will be the game plan post that to prove the truth of Ayan.

See once Saanjh brings out Ayan, the power of past will be done and dusted with, so will be the moral high ground of vm, saanjh and Arjun. Because they have protected a criminal from getting punished. Because Maya will fight or Samay will make her stand up and fight for her dignity.

@sunithi Samay will say what he saw, he cannot say what he didnt see. Samay didnt see Ayan tearing of Maya's clothes, and didnt hear those disgusting dialogues. So his testimony can be twisted with a clever defense lawyer. There is only one person who has seen and heard what happened. Jhanvi and she cannot speak

@Mistydawn Ayan crossed many limits today. Yes Maya expected him. See she had kept the keys of Arjun's room in perfect visible area. She wanted a tussle for those keys. But where she went wrong is the way Ayan dealt with her. Like a man who thinks rape is the way to over power a woman he went for her. No she didnt expect this. Arjun's rope I guess Maya took and I feel she hanged on to it. In a way it was symbolic, the ropes on Arjun leading to Maya's death or almost death. Jhanvi woke up Arjun and she indicated to him where Maya is. I simply dont understand why this woman wants to keep Maya alive. It would have been much better if she dies.

@selly Maya will offer, but Saanjh will decide to fight is my take and most probably that part will what will convince Saanjh Ayan is right and Maya set him up

@jane Maya didnt set up her molestation. Yes maybe she expected a physical tussle ( not sexual offense, I hope you understand). But Ayan went extreme in his dialogues and yes it was an attempt of rape.

@Nithu it looks it favours Maya. But there are many loop holes where an intelligent defense lawyer can turn the tables.

@aditi it is said that your strength of character comes out in the time of moral conflict. It is when your sanskaar comes out. When we watch Ramayan, after conquering Lanka look at the way Ram behaves with the women of Lanka. Look at the dignity he shows to Mandodari, Kaikasi and Sulochana. Kaikasi is Mata, Mandodari is Devi. It shows what kind of sanskaar he was given by Kousalya, Kaikeyi and Sumitra. Remember the way he speaks even to Trijatha. Mata I will forgive if you leave the path. Remember the way he wants to protect Surpi's honor even after she makes advances towards him. That's a man.

Now what kind of sanskaar Vandana Mata has given to her son. That woman is a property and to over power you have to rape her. Arrey if you have to fight, have a physical combat which is not sexual. Dont use derogatory dialogue like I know how to deal with women like you. This is what I have been telling. Sitting in a room and writing and talking about morality and ethics is easy. When challenged show that in your actions. Ayan failed here completely. And if Vandana is going to justify it saying Maya deserves rape then I have nothing better to say about her.

Guys once again thank you for replying so much in this thread. Past few days I have been really tied up and has not been able to give time to write analysis, though I wanted to do it.

I read very beautiful POVs from aditi, jane( urs was superb dear and well analyzed ), darling and many others.

It was nice reading all of you. The battle has just begun. Saanjh is a wounded tigress and much more dangerous than Maya can think of. Her goal is proving Maya bad and mad. Her goal is to defeat Maya, Maya's goal is she wants Arjun or she wants to live with Arjun with her children. Her goal is not defeating Saanjh.

In any war you need to know why you have to fight the war. That's important. Then you need to know whether the war is right to fight. Do you want to defeat a person for the right reasons. Because if you understand BG it tells the war is not personal. You are not defeating a person, you are only defeating the power of adharma that person carries. Because every person has good and bad in them. That's why MB is still relevant.

That was what went wrong in court also. And the person responsible for that was not Maya but Dusky. Because Dusky did the crime of asking Samay not to come ( Please note the point it is not a mistake for me. It is crime and it is a crime of highest order. Reason a criminal can ask eye witness to stay away to prove him innocent. He or she is a criminal. They are low mind. Such action is expected out of them. Saanjh is lawyer. One who knows law. When she falls to the level of a petty criminal she becomes more criminal than them. After committing such a crime then when you come and tell truth is where I am, you are a low woman that moral high ground simply becomes a cloak )

In today's episode Maya said "Jinhe hamare koshishoon ki koi kadar nahi hoti, unn logoon ki parva nahi karni chahiye" something along these lines... i can't remember exactly though.

So it basically means if people don't respect our attempt/contribution then we must not care about that person.

Her this dialogue basically summarised of what exactly had happened with Maya. Maya is made to believe this thing because of her own life experience.

In the beginning Maya had tried her level best to win VM's heart but VM didn't even give her one chance.

PS: In the precap today, VM says over the phone not to worry about her because no "pagal" mad person can harm her. Lol VM kare attempt of murder on Maya par Maya kehlaye pagal? Its very ironic and hypocisy at its best. And no comments on Saanjh for today's episode.

@shruti I kind of have my doubts regarding what you said, about Saanjh's credibility towards her actions.

It is just a theory but if you go in depth and realise Saanjh's view on psychological issues, when she gets to know that Maya is a patient of depression, she behaves as if Maya is a criminal. Then again in court, rather than stating Maya has psychological or mental illness she states "pagal aurat". Why would she do that?
Answer: Mindset, upbringing, thought process

Suman and Prem are great parents yet one cannot vouch for their understanding of psychiatrical aspects of humans. What if Saanjh had a childhood incident or a problem which was neglected, something they thought was either not of much importance or they thought they dealt with it but they actually didn't.

It is just a theory with no base, but I find it strange, Saanjh losing all her rationality, respect, logic and ethics when around Arjun seems odd to me. It is almost like Maya's just on a smaller scale.
