The nail shape really does resemble Jhanvi's, unless they decided to use a body double for this scene to not give it away which would be an insignificant but disappointing faux pas.

Yes, Jhanvi would mostly have a ring on her pinky, but why would Jhanvi do such thing? On Maya's command? Also, isn't she supposed to be in a coma?

I think that would be quite far-stretched, Shipra hasn't been involved for a while and her showing up to kill Vikram and frame Arjun or Maya seems unlikely
