It is too early to test arjuns love. It has been just a week to his proposal so in this initial phase of love this is what is expected of any lover. The strength & genuinity of his love can only be tested with time & maya's truth coming out. As of now he belives he can keep dosti and pyaar in 2 separate containers & feels maya will never be unfair to saanjh. But how much will he love & support maya if he knows maya is doing something undesirable to saanjh. There is a long way to go before arjun is proved a perfect lover of maya

I have a difficult time believing Arjun's love for Maya. When he found out that Saanjh is leaving, he dropped Maya like a hot potato and left without telling her anything. I think his actions, his body language still say there is a deep love for Saanjh that even he has not realized yet. Real duffer.
