He ran without any thought to stop Saanjh from leaving as well as his dialogue of 'Meri khushi toh tu hai' makes me wonder how Saanjh's confession will influence him. Though when Saanjh asked if you had known would you have accepted my love, he removed his hands from her face. It shows conflicting picture. Also, if Maya has just seen the scene and not heard the dialogues, maybe she will interpret the scene wrongly. What do you guys feel ?

Arjun wud have accepted saanjh's proposal if he wud nt have committed to Maya.

In precap he backhugging Maya so it luks like he is not gonna go to Saanjha leaving Maya

Maya was at least 2-3 metres away, I'm not too sure on whether she heard the conversation or not, but in the pre-cap things seemed fine between Maya and Arjun, so there's nothing to lose. Also, the hesitation was prominent when Saanjh asked Arjun that if he knew, whether he would have loved her or not. He has seen Saanjh only as a friend, but remember he needed his time to register things with Maya too.
