From today onwards, You will walk in the path I show you, So saying Maya marched ahead holding Arjun's hand. Arjun carefully walked on the path Maya had traversed, stepping on her footprint but there was one problem, Arjun had removed his blinkers or glasses! This path of Maya will lead Arjun to the deepest corner of the basement where awaits the trauma buried in the depths of Maya's past!!

The course of true love never runs smooth, a love is a love only when it successfully circumvents all the travails and triumphs. But here Maya has been handed love on a platter, which suggests that this idyllic "LOVE" is not true love, it is going to break, shatter and devastate the persons involved - Why am I saying this ? Because Maya withheld something very essential to a relationship - Bharosa/Trust. By withholding the truth she has given rise to a situation where Arjun's trust is bound to waver and shatter , where he will take a step back and away from Maya!!

Mauritius - The land of warmth, sunshine and tranquility, a land where the destiny of the three players are going to change - for better or for worse. Maya, the ever cautious Maya has thrown caution to the winds and is surging ahead to meet her future, unaware that the ever present Shadow is faithfully tailing her, Dusk has possessed the letter that was meant for Maya, Dusk has possessed the balloon that was a token of love, Dusk is moving ahead swiftly, closing the distance but Maya remains blissfully unaware of the danger.

One whisper from Maya's past and her fragile future is going to explode into smithereens And Maya's bubble of happiness is going to burst sooner than later. BUT, here comes Arjun, the Knight who has promised never to let her fall- He asks her to descend to the depths - the depths of her past, the depth where the monster is lying hidden , the dark world which Maya abhors and terrified of, yes, he asks her to descend to the depths assuring her that happiness awaits her in the depth, isn't it the truth the, because unless the monster is slain, she will never be embraced by happiness and for her to attain happiness, she has to plunge into the depths!!

Dusky is no more, Sanjh has arrived , quivering in love, possessive about her bestie and determined to have him as her life partner. Fortune seems to favor her, as soon as she enters the hotel, she gets the romantic card and the flowers meant for someone else. Her foot leads her to the path where her friend is, the path is littered by his outpouring of emotions. Sanjh, it is who receives the token of love, the heart shaped balloon! She sails on the tranquil waters, carrying Arjun's gifts of love meant for Maya. Sanjh is confident that she has him but fate shows that She may have his gifts, She may have his companionship, she may have his friendship but She will not have his heart! She will never have him as her soul mate!! He has chosen Maya!!

Oars or Chappu - A plain, long wooden pole, yet they are very crucial for navigating the choppy sea of life! They provide you with the balance, momentum that leads to smooth sailing with minimal disturbance. The chappu as we saw is in Sanjh's hand, she will have the power to save or destroy the boat called ArYa, to annihilate MaYa but as Arjun said, Maya ke neend ke liye main khud chappu chalaonga. Though Maya's life and her loved one's lives are heading for a major upheaval, Arjun will grab the chappu and steer it - Maya ki Neend ke liye- A neend that has never come to Maya of its own will because of the monsters hidden in the past!!

Yes, When Maya descends into the Gehrayi of her past, reposing complete bharosa on Arjun - ONLY then will Arjun deliver Maya, her sukoon, her neend.. and Yes, Arjun will row the oar for Maya's neend.

Beautifully analysed as usual. No, i don't think maya and arjun is love, that will only happen once maya bares it all to him. Anyways, what is your take on saanjh's character in the future?

Lovely analysis you did...totally liked it!! It might seem to a lot that Maya doesn't trust Arjun since she never told him her full past truth or Maya doesn't really love Arjun, she just feels secure around him which she thinks love. But I believe Maya truly loves and trusts Arjun even if she doesn't realize and proof is she slept in Arjun's arms... now I know for many it's not a big deal but look from Maya's perspective, she is an insomniac...her past haunts her to such an extend that sleep has left her because no place made her feel secure enough, not even her room that she gives in to sleep. If you've seen the movie 'Shaandar' and though it was a rom-com in that Alia was a insomniac and her Dad always wanted her to sleep...have her own dreams and it was Shahid with whom she had fell asleep for the first time...Alia's sister had said that Alia couldn't find a better guy than him who makes her feel secure enough to fall asleep, who gave her her own dreams. Even a normal person at extreme stress couldn't sleep and here Maya's past has taken her sleep and peace away from her. So, for Maya Arjun is that guy...she feels secure enough to fall asleep in his presence and trusts him to keep her demons, her past at bay from haunting her... this is what love is, gives you ultimate security with its mere presence and Arjun hadn't have to work to make Maya fall asleep. I believe with time Maya would acknowledge her faith on Arjun enough to fully open up to him about her past she hasn't.

Now about many believing that Maya had dropped the token of love like the flowers and letters from Arjun that she won't be able to treasure his love and Saanjh finding them means she'll gain his love at the end... Well it was more of CV's fault then any symbolism being applied because if true Maya wouldn't throw away things Arjun drops accidentally around her and here it's his given tokens. At the episode where she came to Arjun to share her past and she had the dress gifted by him with her, there were moments I felt that she would forget to take it and leave. But Maya proved me wrong and not for one moment she forgot to take that gift with her...so yesterday's episode it was CV's fault in writing down and making Maya drop them for Saanjh to follow otherwise Maya would never drop them anywhere so carelessly.

Than another thing that it might seem as Maya is controlling Arjun and dictating him...well I disagree. Even Saanjh use to tell Arjun what to do and what not, he is just kind of guy who needs looking after. I mean the times whenever Arjun has done things on his own has land him most of the times in trouble...so he could never be left fully in control on his own, he needs a little watching over someone, be it Saanjh or Maya...it's just that Maya's way seems dominating due to her personality while Saanjh's seem sort of timid. Then again with Maya, there seems to be sense of responsibility and maturity is seen in Arun...for Maya he would grow up and be more responsible to just let her lay back and let go for once.

Maya seems to be getting all her wishes too soon & you are right.True Love never comes in a platter... it's not this easy. She looked like a happy child & just as I thought seeing her dream come true she will lose control. She is not the same person with a strong cold exterior who is in full control of what she's doing. Yes love is always based on trust & Maya has not yet told Arjun all her secrets. At first I had thought maybe she couldn't tell him the whole truth cuz he ran away from her realizing his mistake but later when Ashwin threatened to expose her &there was fear in her eyes & she took Arjun away with her to Mauritius to get away ...meant she doesn't want to reveal her secret.

Maya was so over the moon she didn't even notice that danger is lurking just behind her in the form of Saanjh . She was following her like a shadow though both were completely unaware of each other. Like you said she'' threw caution to the wind'' & was speeding too fast towards her desire. Maya was given a speedboat & Saanjh a boat . I have no doubts now Arjun's love will be Maya cuz CVs cleverly showed everything that was given by Arjun as his token of love ...the letter , the rose was given to Maya & Saanjh only got the leftovers that were thrown by Maya. Their love will not be easy like Maya expects to be .. that she could bury her secrets & live happily ever after with Arjun. Danger is following at her heels & they can never live peacefully . Saanjh will obviously try her best to bring that buried secret out in order to expose Maya & get Arjun as hers. She's not gonna sit still.

About the sudden proposal I didn't feel it was too rushed. Since its a finite series I think they want to do away with all this soon & now the real story will be shown. Also Arjun was attracted to her ...maybe not in love but there was something definitely there I always felt. Like the way he rushed to her house in the middle of the night to get her an icecream cuz she couldn't sleep .. then the rang dalnewala scene ... I felt CVs had already showed there was an attraction from his side .. & that attraction developed in love after she helped him get close to his mom & this rescuing him from the islet just triggered it more. In the recent times he never even flinched or felt awkward when Maya used to throw those romantic lines his way 😆 The way he told Saanjh that the one I was looking for all my life .. I realized & found who she was coming here ...meaning he was always searching for his true love among the women that he came across ...which again means he was never oblivious to romance & only had career in his mind !
The problem is that the attraction part not many got cuz of Kushal's poor acting. Not meant to offend his fans but I hear he has improved coming from people . I never saw him act before so have no idea. But he definitely needs to improve a hell lot than this. CVs have such beautiful moments scripted like the footsteps scene then Maya falls asleep on his shoulders & him telling her to feel the moment & let go off everything ...but everything is getting spoiled by his average acting. Sometimes I feel he's just saying the words slowly that he has mugged up. No feel in those words .. no passion .. everything falling flat due to his poor dialogue delivery. It is during these moments that I imagine a certain actor in his place ... if given these dialogues to him he would have created magic & we would not be complaining that there is no attraction & love. *sigh*
KT is in front of these two great actresses ...Jenny who I think is queen of romance but had no idea Aneri was also so good ! He definitely needs to pull up his socks in front of them or else his acting flaws are just getting exposed.

Coming back to the show I feel Ashwin is already stalking them. That guy will surely get info about Maya & Arjun being in Mauritius & he definitely will come here . That pre cap somehow I felt that crappy wise man was paid by him to say those. He will try his best to separate them & a heartbroken Saanjh ...maybe unintentionally, will help him do that.

After DMG I never thought I will be again hooked to a show like this & will be writing thesis again ...but there I go again 🤣

Sanjh is pampered, focused, intelligent, determined with a tunnel vision and a nature that doesn't distinguish between the right and wrong... She is going to be the most interesting character of the 3.

In an ideal world, yes, Maya should have confessed the whole truth but then story would have lost half its zing by the truthful confession of the truth. Ohh!! Arjun is her true love and she , his love - the basement incident proves it..

Sanjh has never been positive or negative, she has been a comfortable shade of dusk - it will be interesting to see in which way she will lean ( Methinks, it will be darker shade).

It's a bit complicated, It is not that Maya does not trusts Arjun but she does not trust her past, and the effect it will have on the person who hears it. Her fear stems from it! She feels people will abandon her once they know the truth, especially good people with good heart & Arjun qualifies on both the level..in other words, she does not trust herself, her nature, she does not believe in her own goodness. She feels there is a flaw in her, something that will make her unwanted, so she is on guard all the time to project the 'I am cool -poised-successful'woman. This shackles will be broken when the last dice is thrown and there begins a desperate gamble for Arjun's love.

No, I have never and still don't believe that Sanjjh will end up as Arjun's love. Had it been so the ring exchange would not have happened in front of a deity. No, Maya's carelessness will lead Sanjh towards Arjun but she will not end up with him.. ( if my surmise is correct)..ohh!! yes, there will be odd moments when it seems that Sanjh & Arjun will end up together but no, it will be Arjun & Maya. Maya dropping the tokens of Arjun is nothing strange. Previously, when she did not have the man, anything from him was a treasure but now the treasure box itself is inviting her...so obviously, she will grow a bit careless with small trinkets...

No Way!!! Arjun is not controlled by Maya, on the contrary, Arjun controls Maya!! That is a misdirect that has been played cleverly by the director... Arjun allows Maya some leeway but where it matters , it is always Arjun who gets his way!

Did not he say on the Friday/Monday episode, "Don't worry, I have been managing Maya madam so far and in future too, I will manage her" - That is a big giveaway on who will control whom.

I do agree, Sanjh was telling Arjun what to do..but as the series progressed, you could see that Arjun began to grow more and more independent of Sanjh too. Yes, he does bend to listen to her but when push comes to shove, he does what he wants to do... sometimes lying to get his own way.

I won't say a nature that doesn't distinguish for me its a "act now question later" kind off mentality , she goes on her first instinct , without even thinking it through ... she is too emotional ...

Waah!!! What an awesome writeup, The Unique & you said You cannot write ...This is awesome, clear writing that goes straight out to the heart!!👏

I think, probably, why many feel that there has been no chemistry-physics-biology is cuz unlike other shows, this show does not believe in the "Eye Staring contest" or that "Let's play the breathless game"or in the absurd Romantic BGM that would imply that "Hey, listen to da muzik, this yer cue to romantic scene, u gotta drool now, mate" scenario... The sequence is subtle and sublime and short unlike other series where the so-called eye lock would extend for 15 mins in a 20 min show 😈

Having said that, I do agree with you, Kushal has to up his ante. He has an abrupt way of shutting out - this was glaringly obvious in the terrace hug scene and it became obvious in the boat scene as well.. Another thing he has to learn is in delivering the pauses in between the dialogues.

You haven't seen his prev show??? I had the misfortune to watch some 15 episodes of that show... you should consider yourself blessed for not being inflicted with that show.😉😆

The action will happen in Mumbai. Ashwin is a patient, ruthless and relentless predator. He will wait patiently for Maya to fall in his trap but at the same time, he will relentlessly nudge her towards that trap using whoever or whatever is at hand.

Awaiting more 'Thesis'from you!! 😳😳
