@tanvi we see characters differently because we see life differently. Our perspective of a person differs based on what our experiences are and how we view life in general. Stories we like are also like that.
Panchali to me is the woman who has the taken a Dharma raja who has lost everything to gamble to the king of a united kingdom just with a question, while many treat her as the woman who was vindicative to burn the entire kuruvansh
Sita to me is a courageous lady who broke Ravan emotionally making the battle easier for her husband and the one who dared to question her banishment and refused to come back to Ayodhya and goes to earth rejecting her husband and his kingdom, not the cry baby door mat showed in the shows
Savitiri to many is the epitome of loyalty to husband for me she is woman who loved a man and intelligent enough to beat even the Lord of death by fooling him in granting her a boon. Savitri manipulated Lord of death yama to change her husband's fate. And I completely enjoy reading her and her beyhadh love.
I am a person who is deeply inspired by the leading ladies of our mythology as I couldn't find anyone worthwhile to emulate in modern world.
Panchali has given me the strength to stand up for myself in any diring circumstances, Sita has taught me to have faith and hope in most adverse circumstances, Savitri has taught me that if you have knowledge you change your fate and thus changing the fate of your loved one's also
