Hello my Beyhadh vasis. Very first thing i am not here to criticize any characters or anybody's point of view because everybody has their own opinions. This post is mainly to clear people's confusion regarding Saanjh and Maya's characters. I just want to say this two girls are complete different people with different mindset, coming from another background. There has been mahabharat in the forum in just 40 episode we still have more than 200 episode to go. Nobody knows what will happen by then. all the characters will take 360 turn by that time. We are not even halfway to the story yet. The story is not about good, evil, right or wrong it only foreshadows how circumstances changes people's mindset and forces them to do something they would never imagine. Same is the case with Sannjh and Maya. No wonder how survives in the fire ignited but this two girls will get brunt of their respective insecurities jealousies and emotions . Don't want to say anything about Arjun until he opens the curtain to see what is going on around him.
Maya : Lacked everything which a kid would have in their childhood. Happiness, fun moments with family, friends. Having said that I do not want to defend her obsessive side in future but my main point is why she is like that ?. This is something very similar between Arjun and Maya I noticed hearing the story that both were helpless in saving their parents from brawls they saw in their young age. Coming to the point the reason Maya prisons her mom have several possibilities, she does not want to lose the only person she has, secondly every time she tries to free her mom from cage again the same past is always waiting to strike her. No wonder Maya and Ashwin controls her in different but her relationship has very different dynamics with both of them. One wants to take the advantage of her only for money and weakness. The other one wants to control in terms of emotions. Life is not fair with Jhanvi either because she was blinded by love at that time. It shows how one wrong decision can change the future generation of the family. Same thing is happening in Mehrothra family. The reason Maya wants power because that is something her mother did not had years ago. She does not want history to repeat itself and want same fate as her mother. Her biggest enemy is not her dad, or her past but it will her obsession that will drive her to destruction. And when she reaches that path only thing she will get is rejection and humiliation from the people who are scared from her. The person who will bring out that dark past will most likely only Saanjh. Maya built the empire and palace for her to show the world power and that is something she thought she needed to end the atrocities she and her mom has been facing. It is worth to wait on how story unfolds regarding the truth coming out slowly not all together since this show is full of twisted.
Saanjh : You meet several different people everyday good, bad, weird and lot another types. But there are rare cases when you face somebody who leaves big impact on your life. Had everything which a child can ask for in childhood. Good family, support parents, lovable friend and his family. But does that mean your life is full of bed of roses. Definitely no because at some point you have to go through very crucial phase. It could be bad or could be good but something that you learn from. Saanjh has grew in very normal environment and has content with life even if she does not have big house, high salary. Unlike Maya, Saanjh never felt the need to get big house or rich lifestyle because she had something higher than this which is strong male pillar . Her dad and mostly Arjun who has been supporting her in different ways. Saanjh is shown as sensible, practical and matured girl but she is not strong enough to face person like Maya. Saanjh has made Arjun dependent on him for everything like a wife does for her hubby. As far as I know there is certain limits in friendships that has to be maintained especially if either of them indulge into serious relationship. And god forbid if one of the spouse turn out to be like Maya then you are finished. Saanjh has back up with her and two strong pillars even if one shakes up the other one can balance it. But the thing is she is also dependent on them and that is something she will regret. At one point Arjun will leave her behind chasing his dreams and maybe find his soulmate. Vandana can come to her help her but she is also new in front of skilled player. Not Maya but Saanjh's own love will become her enemy and that will be the time when she will make her hidden self confidence as weapon to defeat Maya.
Overall I only want to say this are type of people we rarely see in our real life. It is complete contrast of personalities coming from huge different backgrounds.
Last being not least about the end game. Lets not even think about that yet because this show is not happy or sad ending of love story. Yes it will give very good lesson to not only the characters but the viewers. We still have long way to go before even knowing who ends up with who.
PS : This post is only to show the contrast two shades of personalities and not opposing anybody's views. So lets chill and enjoy this thrilling roller coaster with lot of exciting twists.
