so i just starting watching the show finally got time...im just a little confused abot maya's fear of her dad and her parents relationship...i think maybe her dad molested her not clear tho? can someone give me a summary up to her birthday episode plz? thank you =)

Most likely it was shown Maya's dad was abusive towards Janvi and Maya. The flashes showed some kind of domestic violence and that might have left deep scars on Maya's memory. Her dad used to beat her mother and locked her in dark room, stuff like that but I feel something is still not revealed yet. The story is like that Arjun was hired as intern on Maya's office as photographer and he started breaking rules. Maya still kept him due to his talent. Arjun's best friend Saanjh loves him from childhood but didn't tell him yet. Ayaan and Arjun are step brothers. The woman is Ayaan's real mother. Recently Maya started liking Arjun's company and jealousy has started. Is that enough summary for you? 😊

About Ashwin I mean Maya's dad..he is just a typical Indian serial villian..who harass maya and her mom jhanvi for money..

I think in her childhood Ashwin did some serious abuse like beating her up ..to maya..

Thats y she is so scared of him ..and that birthday track this was shown..this flashback was shown..and on the other hand

we can say that Saanjh is in love with Arjun from a long ago.

But Duffer Arjun just don't get it..he takes everything granted..

And arjuns step mom loves him but there again he takes everything granted.a and doesn't value anything or anyone..except his dream and aim to be successful

D extent of abuse by Maya's dad has not yet been shown... I think it will come after Maya becomes Beyhad pagal in Arjun's pyaar n Saanjh will investigate Maya's past for some case.
