The show is full of contradictions. Makers have not paid attention to details. If you see Sanjh's house, it's supposed to be middle class, they all sleep in one room, still decor of house is high class!!
I would be too happy if it all turns out to be horror/psycho drama and Maya is imagining things. I don't expect this from Indian TV shows.
Lacks of servants may be just coz makers are not paying attention to detail.

Lack of any maids, etc.. does add to the theory that Maya is imagining her parents. And I guess from a character POV, maybe Maya doesn't want any outsider in her personal space..

It is possible that her parents are dead as there is too much mystery going on in her room.

Do you think she killed them and that is why she hallucinates about them whenever she is alone?

maya has trust issues..so she might not want someone to handle or interfere with her personal belongings..all the scenes are shown at night..so the maid might come in the morning..if she is imagining her parents she might also imagine arjun sanjh and her office! someone so much mentally unstable..can't be the head of the office!

There can be only one possibility for lack of maids. Maybe they come & work only when she's in the office . She comes home in the night & probably by that time they are all gone.
