Bit surprised that Maya told Lalwani in front of the whole office that Arjun was at her place last night.

She's not the kind to invite gossip- looked a bit OoC.

02/11- my thoughts:

Maya clears Arjun's name by saying that he was there at her home. Lalwani gets caught due to his ring. But the actual teaming up of Maya and Arjun to catch the culprit didn't make sense. It was just a matter of watching the CCTV and Maya could have done it by herself. It's her office, her computer. She was even shown to watch the CCTV video from her home once before. So the whole walking over mud to seek Arjun's help, sneaking into the office, walking in the dark, etc. wasn't even needed. It seemed like it was all done to show Arjun-Maya interactions.

It did seem weird, especially for some one as self sufficient as Maya.

Maybe she needed assistance because she had to go through the whole 3 hours of footage? Or wanted to involve Arjun because she was afraid he'd search for another job if she didn't show that she was interested in finding the culprit 😆

Logically speaking though, this was something she could have solved on her own.

Also, Maya telling Lalwani that he was at her house that night looked a bit OoC, and will set the tongues wagging for sure. The peon's even started it!

Maya is shown as someone who keeps an extra eye on CCTV... like even watching it from her home, etc. So when she heard the theft, the first thing she should have done was check the CCTV. Maybe Arjun's contribution could have been to identify the person.

@tongues wagging: that's definitely going to continue. Maya could have mentioned that Arjun came to get the contract signed but looks she doesn't care about it.

Yeah, Lalwani was the only candidate for such a thing. The ring was literally shining in the video like it was a ring-cum-flashlight... 😆

Maya don't give a damn about tongue wagging. And I think that goes with her own daredevil attitude.
