Arjun and his mom seem to have a strained relationship. We hear Arjun tell his bro that he(Arjun) will get blamed even if it is his bro who is doing something wrong. Maybe that's the reason?

Agree with u Arjun entry was amazing n he just gave his best to the dance.
n Sajun bg music was lovely n soft complementing their friendship.

I noticed that too when arjun said 'Iski jagah ki nahi le sakta' n just after that they showed Maya taking sanjh place during the darshan . It is symbolic the director wanted to emphasize it .

Sanjh has noticed Maya's tears . I think the director wanted to show a little bit of Sanjh character that she is kind n cares for everyone maybe this will be the reason afterward :she will back off once she knows that arjun loves maya .
i don't think we will get to see sanya friendship as Maya entry in Arjun life will make sanjh realize her feelings towards him.

Agree with u Maya's character is more interesting . There is something behind her sadness even the precap is intriguing where we got a glimpse of her afraid.

The contrast dreams scene was important showing sajun different characters though both want a loving family .

Sanjh family is the family that everyone dreams of, a sweet n little family.Loved that scene where she slept with her parents n then her bro called her ''turn chor'' .

Arjun n his mom relationship is interesting , i'm curious to know the reason behind their behaviors.I feel there is a misunderstanding between them.

SO i know it will be a while before it happens, but damn I cant wait to have Maya and Arjun fall in love.. Sanjh's character is sweet and innocent but the chemistry between kush and Jen is sizzling, more so because of teh characters they are portraying..
Im such a sucker for those passionate hate/love tropes..

I was bloody excited for this show and the first epi delivered fully! No misses!

Jenny, gosh how gorgeous she looked! I second it, its refreshing to see a chilled out guy and intense girl. Aneri Kushal looks good together, I hope we see their funny scenes more. Loved Sanjh's parents and brother, we will be getting light moments from him since its all gloomy from Maya's side. About her dad I thought he had died, but later I am sure he walked out on her mom. Her state will be the reason why she tries to control Arjun later and lose him,I gurss? And the precap- was her dad abusive or something? She looked shit scared

One of the best first epi I have ever seen. Kushal chose good for a comeback show. And jenny slayed. Aneri didn't let anyone overshadow her. A seller cast, Sony better not sideline it.

Maya is definitely IxTJ.. seems more of INTJ since ISTJs have patience but it's under discussion.
For me Saanjh is more of the mystery in the MBTI angle😆

The Ring has multiple symbolism..The things you mentioned are a part of it. When it comes to her mother, the ring was her hope and she just broke it. So I feel like further going her mothers future lies in her hands or more over they are intertwined together. The ring also symbolizes love which she broke, so I feel like when her love breaks for some reason (in the future of course because i want MaJun to happen! 😆) she might go on a breaking spree (not just objects). Breaking of the rings is also like severing all ties like you mentioned. Maya knowingly or unknowingly is a very dramatic and symbolistic person. I am looking forward too it.

We do need another poll lol. Its too early to decide what the girls are but we got a relative idea. Because Saanjh seems like a happy person, but even the happiest people have a past, they are just good at hiding it. And well Maya theres loads more to unfold.

Maya's dad is honestly the biggest mystery of them all rn especially after ep 2
