Digital platform!

Hmmmm... Actually they used to dub Hindi serials to another languages esp Beyhadh got dubbed and successful almost in all other languages! But they didn't dub B2 because of it's bold concept! So I have expected this.. They might bring it to Online too!

Agree with you, Nora! Plus, when they air on TV, a lot of people record and upload on YouTube and the viewership reaches thousands some days. So better to air it on one site so that they can get revenue and less recording that goes on.

But ultimately its the actors decision whether they want to go online or not. If not, then we got to respect their decision. But I just hope they do not end it abruptly cause the show has a lot of potential.

EXCLUSIVE: Jennifer Winget and Shivin Narang’s Beyhadh 2 to go off air on TV; to continue digitally

Beyadh 2 starring Jennifer Winget is all set to bid adieu to the TV audience, but will still continue its streak. Details inside.

Written By Bhavna Agarwal Mumbai Published: February 27, 2020 05:37 PM 362 reads 0 comments

Jennifer Winget and Shivin Narang came together for the first time in Beyhadh 2. The show has been doing pretty well digitally but failed to grab TRPs. Now, we have exclusively learnt that Beyhadh 2 will be going off-air on Television but will continue airing digitally. Yes, you heard it right! A source informed Pinkvilla exclusively, "Given that the show has failed to grab TRP's, the channel overnight took the decision of pulling the plug of the show on Television but as the show has been performing well on their platform, the channel will continue to push the show digitally."

Further, we learnt that the actors have been informed about the same. Well, this indeed is a shock to all the Beyhadh 2 fans but the good news is, you can still catch all the twists and turns digitally. The source also revealed, "Beyhadh 2 will air its last episode on March 13 on Television". While Jennifer has been known for playing Maya impeccably, Shivin Narang as Rudra was appreciated for having broken his chocolate boy images.

Guess JW did Code M online so B2 should not be an issue for her, right? Also, online seems to have a wider reach.

If I am overseas, how do I watch B2 on Sony Liv? Any idea?

Code M is a webseries, BH2 is a tv show. online doesn’t have wider reach lol. TV does and actors get paid more.

Idk if this news is true or not because Sony shows don’t get high TRP as it is so I’m not sure why the show would be taken to its digital platform. Maybe because BH2 is an expensive show and isn’t generating enough revenue for the channel. But the previous season also had low TRP but that wasn’t shifted to Sony liv.

@Bold - Yes. Previous season had TRPs lower than this but they continued on TV and even extended it

As I said before it's not pulling the desired numbers I don't think unlike season one there are breaking even.

TV's reach is wider than online. The production values and the budget of the web shows are quite stringent unless u are on a big streaming site like Prime, Netflix etc.

S1 didn't fetch any great numbers either. It even got 0.4 TRP for many weeks
