I’m honestly not disappointed if they continue the show on Sony LIV.

Sony is terrible at promotion. The main week of Beyhadh when Maya confronted MJ, Jennifer, Ashish and Shivin should’ve come on Indian Idol and promote their show! That’s how Colors does it and it works most of the times.

Mere dad ki dulhan story is completely different lol. It’s a light hearted and family friendly show.

On the contrary, This concept attracted me as I wanted to see how Maya will struggle and cope up in this kind of situation, the emotional conflict she will go through when fighting herself, one part of her reminds her that Rudra is MJ's son another reminds her that Rudra or Rishi can't just be seen as MJ's son, there's more to a human than his father, with this her coming to a conclusion of not hurting kids to hurt parents and taking her revenge against people who wronged her.

On the other hand, I wanted Rudra to go through same conflict where he hates Maya for lying to him but he loves her too much to let anything come between them as more than right or wrong what Rudra needs to live is Maya. Here we have a completely morally, ethically wrong people for the world living together because they are right for each other and that's all they need.

Unfortunately, Rudra - Maya - MJ dynamics has not been explored enough, there's no conflict in Maya about Rudra being MJ's son in Maya's mind, they have brushed it under the carpet as nothing, who will complain and dislike what when they have not explored this part of the story?

Basically, the assumption is that this will take the route of SBRK (Silsila). What happened in that case was the show continued its course, but was aired online exclusively. Once it ran its course, then it was taken off air. Nothing was changed, but the more explicit content was brought back.

Here I think the same will happen. If Beyhadh 2 goes online, then we'll see intimate scenes and violence and the same storyline that they had first started to show. Nothing will be changed and the ending will probably be what the CVs had originally planned to begin with.

But it will only go digital if all the actors and the production house agree to it. If not, then Sony will end the show so the CVs will have to quickly wrap up the story.
