MJ is attacking Maya, but Maya ki jaan kaha hai? Nandini mein or Rudra mein or in Rajeev (who has recently graduated to become her brother) MJ has to attack her jaan to get better results/reactions.

Also there is a pattern of storytelling in this show. Like in the first fencing scene, we see first Maya cornering Rudra then Rudra cornering Maya and taking off her helmet. We saw this happening eventually in the subsequent episodes, although we don't know how much Rudra knows about Maya currently. So I was interpreting on the basis of that pattern. I need to rewatch that scene again to form a coherent theory.

I feel we are rushing.. they finished the love proposal marriage and last week focussed on flashback and MJs plan of separating MayRa...

So we need to give time for the story to develop now.. because there are some 8 ppl to face punishment too.. and makers will play their cards one at a time only..

Plus Rudra has some importance in the show.. him knowing the truth etc will be a turning point in the show so they will bring the drama upto that level too.. now they are giving attention to MJ whom they sidelined for 50 episodes..

Rudra sees a beauty spot on Maya's lower back.

"You know, they say, that you get most kisses on your beauty spots"

He said and kissed on the beauty spot, " This beauty spot keeps on teasing me he said and maya chuckled before pulling him closure and burying herself in his chest.

Rudra poured her a a drink and gave her the glass. she looked at him once in his eyes and then took a sip from it. After 2 shots her eyes became moist and he could feel she was letting her guards down. he smirked!

"Rudra, I want one more." she demanded and stretched her hand to grab the bottle but he took it away from her and chuckled.

"No Maya, I want you to feel when i do it to you." he licked his lips.

"But one more is all i am asking." she pouted deliciously. it was irresistible for rudra to not give in to her demand and he nods in yes.

Rudra placed the bottle near her lips but before she could gulp it , he quickly shifted the bottle on his lips and took sip from it.

she looked at him confused , ready to throw tantrums when he tossed the empty bottle lazily on floor and it rolled down under the bed. Rudra raised his hand and grabbed her neck firmly while placing his lips over her and letting the odd taste of alcohol tranfers from him to her. her eyes widens on realization and she nods in no but she hardly had any choice and she was forced to drink it. rudra smiled on her lips. he was doing it again....

I really want them to team up and teach lesson to all the eight people. I don't want them to mess up this time.
