Yeah kaam is lust.. These are very confusing words and can be used interchangeably..Moh can also be defined as lust in some situations

Yes possible.

Also I was thinking the number 7 may not essentially mean related to 7 sins only. Hinduism has lot of spiritual and worldly things related to 7.

For example, Durga took 7 forms to kill Raktabeej. In Tantra vidya there are 7 forms of energy. So maybe they were associating the sins to 7 without any conscious thought related to the 7 cardinal sins.

Btw MJ sis name is Sumitra right?
