The episodes are getting more and more interesting everyday. So Rudra has claustrophobia. Is that why he did not think about taking the lift before running to take the stairs? There might be symbolism lurking here connected to his past.

All episodes have us hooked and keep us wanting for more.

We saw two Mayas: One who was liberating Rudra from his past, another who was binding her own mother (and herself) to the miseries of past. Also there were three kinds of love running in parallel. Rudra's: One that is wallowing in the past, still suffering in despair, MJ's: Who doesn't even respect his life partner. He thinks she is only someone jiski kabhi-kabhi zarurat par jati hai. Rishi's: Pure obsession and ego boosting.

Show ka naam, Kuch rang pyaar ke aise bhi hona chahiye tha😆. All the Roy boys highlight a different aspect of a feeling they understand as love.

I am really loving the contradictions that Rishi is showing.😆 First he said he would prove Maya loved him madly. Then he sends a video saying he would die if she doesn't meet him. In the previous epi, he said he wasn't her pet, in the next epi (as seen in the precap) he would exactly behave like that. Bhagwan aisa pyaar kisi ko na de. 🤪

Usko kahaan samajh aata hai pyaar bhai. Uska perception of love is very skewed if you have a misogynistic father and a oath-abiding mother. And the rest are so self-consumed. No one really has the time to consciously educate him on treating a woman right. He has a very wrong example and impression on "loving a woman" which is basically viewed as "having a woman."

The lift scene had its own symbolism, Maya's dialogues were symbolic. So I won't refer to that.

It's ironic how you also referred to the final scene of Rudra's call. I mentioned this in Shreya's thread and I am doing it here as well. She was inferring a lot from the use of water as a symbolic reference in yesterday's episode. And the last reference was when Maya put the phone inside the jug. As if that phone drowning was symbolic of Rudra's access to her getting stopped like you said. But her dialogues then, were significant coz she said she won't let him into her life, something like that..and the flashback was of Maya drowning.

1. So, she'd probably douse any arising feelings for Rudra just like how she drowned the phone.

2. Maya would make the Roy's pay, by drowning Rudra (metaphorically) in defeat and misery just like how she drowned in the past.

3. She'd trap Rudra by using Antara. Remember MJ used water to refer to Antara. This is MY own inference since they didn't show Maya knowing about the same line. But seems quite relevant to me. Antara is the one connection that binds everyone. MJ might give her no importance. But Rudra does. Rudra chooses to keep his hatred for MJ at bay, for his mother's promise and is staying at home. Rudra's love for his mother exceeds his hatred for his father. And Maya is going to use that to trap Rudra.

As my understanding goes, Antara is the root that binds this dysfunctional Roy family together. If someone hurts this root, then the entire foundation of the family resting on it will be shaken and will expose the chinks in the glossy and glamorous Roy family armour, which Maya can use to her advantage. I don't think Maya will mortally injure Antara, but can put her in a situation where she is rendered useless, like in a coma, maybe.

Everyone has more or less covered my points and so I won't repeat. Just few things that I really liked that the show keeps doing in terms of highlighting contrasts.

Be it costumes, lighting or dialogues. For example Maya as usual was in Black but Rudra per usual was in White. Like you said Rudra was drenched in water /a symbolic rebirth, Maya had herself covered thereby indicating she is not yet ready for her rebirth.

Some have pointed out that Rudra ran to light but Maya chose to stay back thereby pretty much choosing darkness and anger for herself. That Rudra didn't stay back and ask Maya to come along was also significant and possibly a foreshadow that one day, Rudra might not be there for Maya. It makes her words in the lift more significant that we can only ever rely on our ownselves.

Isn't it funny how Rudra introduced himself to Mayas mom as just Rudra and Rishi introduced himself to Maya as Rishi Mrityunjay Roy?

Yes, because Rudra believes in creating his own identity which is separate from Mrityunjay Roy as he aspires to be known as who he is. Rishi aspires to be like his dad, so he identifies with and takes pride in addressing himself as Rishi Mrityunjay Roy.

O Anu dear, she sure has predicted rightly about Rudras growing fascination for Maya but Maya isn't yet ready to let him in. But then Rudra isn't Rishi, she can't control him without properly reasoning with him.

As if Rudra cares. He will get what he wants, whatever the cost.

MJ just keeps revealing disturbing sides of his personality and the way he was unaffected by Antaras teary eyes was frankly worrisome. I can only imagine what mess MJ put Maya through.

I don't understand his contradictory views. On one hand he has a lot of love for his mother and on the other hand he displays blatant disregard for his children's mother. What kind of double standards are these?

Btw I don't think Rishi slit his wrist. He is fake and I think just did drama but Maya actually slits her wrist today to scare him.

Our Maya is a badass😉 and Rishi is a dumbass

More than that, I think Antara is not very strong mentally. So she'd be hurt in such a way that her fears are heightened. That'll hit MJ, Rudra And Rishi. If she goes into a coma, then it will break Rudra the most, coz he's closest to her. And Rudra is her weapon. She can't allow him to break that he can't fight MJ (which is her intention as mentioned by many here), and MJ won't really give a damn but he'd be more cautious. It will upset Rishi, but he's a Daddy's boy. He'll cope

However, if Antara is traumatised, she'd constantly fear that her life and her family's life is in danger and will immediately attribute it to her past misdeeds. MJ would be hit the most coz he'd some past skeleton is back to make his life miserable, and that would affect Rishi. Rudra, knowing something is deeply troubling his mother would attribute it to MJ's selfishness. My guess is she'd be traumatised. But we'll see. Btw, i didn't tell you I really like your posts and wait for them everyday. 😆🤗

Maybe you could Index your posts? So people would know the analysis of every episode. Or can you just combine all of them in one thread and keep updating them? Some manner of cross referencing would be possible then. Since there are so many things to connect in this show across episodes. Just a suggestion. Rest is up to you. 👍🏼
