" TV writing is pathetic and women are being used as an excuse to sell it "

What ever channel does its for trp and profit ..they don't do any thing purposefully

If majority likes so called progressive content ..the next minute they will jump to that content ..after all they care for their business rest actors directors opinions is their POV

Barc is saying they r not skewing .

It just doesn't matter whether those 30,000 boxes are situated in rural or urban areas because no one area should be deciding for the other one. Please tell me after thinking a little objectively whether a mere 30,000 meters should be deciding for a country as large as India. Is it possible for 30,000 boxes to reflect the views of even a small city in this country? The population in our metro cities is above 5 - 10 million. Mumbai alone has 21 million. Compare that to the measly 30,000 meters.

Your logic is as flawed as ur filmfare analogy tv as a medium has the power to influence the people.
Moreover ur saying ur not imposing your views on others however if some one is criticizing the tv ur fighting tooth and nail with them ? Is'nt that equal to imposing ur views on others. And btw thank you for proving ur nothing more than a troll who drops by to get ur 2-min of fame and attention🤢

Yes I sensed saas bahu and so I said I Will quit ..but I did not complain on regressive content or blame on rural audience

After some time ..I did not find any saas bahu and I returned back and watched the show

I myself said bepannah I stopped watching at some time and came back again

So is it wrong and is it any way relevant to the topic now we r discussing

I posted already 30 k meters should be increased to 10 lakh meters for better sampling

I am not saying he is lying ..it's his POV

The one who runs a 200 cr business knows pain in his asS when profits de rease and when lenders show red flags

An actor director can talk what ever their POV ..they don't know the pain of business

If anyone is imposing views on anyone then it is you because you are jumping on anyone who dares to criticise the content shown on TV 😆

Some of us wanting to see better stuff on TV are not wishing for these entertainment houses to shut down or face losses. We just want them to make stuff that is good and will be remembered. It is possible to earn good money and and produce shows that appeal to all sections of the audience and not just one or two. Businesses are all about risk taking and for things to change they need to take risks..but, it seems like they are have become comfortable and are just not ready to budge from taking the easy way out which is very very unfortunate.

May the future generation grow up normalizing things against which world is fighting now.

Best of luck to us.

Bold : Arshi I was going to say this but thank you for saying it. It's one thing trying to wake up someone who is trying to sleep and completely different thing to wake up someone who is pretending to sleep.

Some weird povs over here reminds me of those uneducated political leaders who say that if you don't like the country why don't you move somewhere else. So one should move to another country instead of trying to change it.

If Harshad hadn't said something in that IV then the same people would have said "Oh look harshad didn't say anything it means the channel is right" and as he and rohit had the guts to point out the problems suddenly they are the bad ones. How do we know that actors didn't leave this industry because of such regressive measures?
If one goes through the interviews of some well recognized artists and creatives they will find out that absolutely no one is happy with the current scenario of television! And it really amazes me that how can someone justify such shows! Makes me question the educational level, sorry!

ITV is a big JOKE in the global market trust me a big joke! Famous youTubers and even comedians troll the so called top trp shows of this industry and unfortunately the people of Indian instead of defending the shows take part in those trolling, so what does it tell about the opinions of the masses??
Nevermind looks like what could have been a thread for healthy discussion turn out to be the platform for justifying illogical regressive shows👏
