Dear Colors Tv,

i am just writing to express how disappointed i am that you ended Bepannah without letting the makers and fans have enough time to see a satisfying ending. Bepannah tugged at the heartstrings from the 1st episode itself and people were really invested in the story of Aditya and Zoya. I am a UK viewer and have grown up watching indian dramas on Zee TV and Star Plus, apart from award shows i never really watched anything else on Colors. The TRP system should not be a determinat of the viewrership of a show, and International views and online wiews should count otherwise i dont see the point of streaming on VOOT? where most people did watch the show as evidenced by its position in top 5 consistently.

I started following you on social media but after this fiasco i have unfollowed and probably wont be watching a colors drama again. Not because you took the decision to axe the only show i watched but because of the way it was handled. The show had its time changed 4 times and in the end came 20 minutes later than advertised! Had you been a British channel you would never have gotten away with this kind of mismanagement of programming schedule.

The cast and director of the show are very talented and gave their best to the show so i am sure we will see them do better (and hopefully togeather) in future but for me Colors will never redeem itself and i will only stick to watching dramas on Star Plus or Zee and stop myself from getting attached to any characters.

Thankyou for reading my email.

They don't give a hoot to such mails dear. It has happened with some 4-5 shows which had a good story and following but were axed because they didn't the damn TRP. Petition filed, requests made, nothing happened. For them it's just a regular thing which will end in few days and a new show will become their target.
I was only watching colors for past 6 months. Now, no tv for me. And never a Colors show. They don't have work ethics.

Dear they don't care about such emails. Colors is like this, they are biased towards a couple of shows and the rest are treated like a rubbish bin. Bepannaah became their target, very soon another show on their channel will be the next victim. It's unfortunate that our show had to be on this channel. Trust me, if I could go into a time machine to prevent everything from the show being on berangu I could. The channel are officially a nut case. They are heading towards major destruction after Bepannaah and nobody will come in support of them.

Colors mail-box will be filled with thousands of such mails. But your thoughts resonates mine ColorsTv would not have got away with such mis-management of programme in another country like they did in India.

Quite strange that a country which consumes so much TV hrs has no upper body to look into such poor work ethics of a channel. It's about content but not about how timings of shows are played with.
But on the contrary, only Colors does this kind of thing. No other channel has such gross programming management. SP and Zee are way more professional about their schedule. Sony had it few days ago because of KBC. But now it's fine. It's only this channel.

From. Monday, everything will get back to track on this channel. I can bet that.

I am viewer from USA and everything you wrote resonated with me. And to top it all these people are ignoring every email phone calls and texts. I tried calling them but no one answers. I texted them no one reads them. Heights of unprofessionalosm. Buts that's how most big corporates in India are. No ethics and definitely no morals only money is their sole God. I heard udaan was suppose to be axed but later was extended and it's still running on this very channel. I don't know what else we can do to save the show.

Who cares none of the BP audience would want to associate themselves with a programme in Colors. Others who have have that thing for the supernatural show may watch it for sometime but loyalty I don't think they will ever get that. How many of the Indian Audience will be awake from 10:30-11p.m. from monday to friday for a show like Sitara.
