I thought Bepannaah would be interesting through promos and slowly lost interest as it progressed. Should PH know what they are getting into, they should do research to see what the channel is like before they offer their product and sign a contract. And why didn't they say no, when the channel first interfered. If you give in the channel would want you to give in every other single time.

There definitely are so many nuances to it which we don't know. There must have been a reason for PH to go for Clors after Sony aired their Beyhadh & SP aired their Ek Haseena Thi.
I mean IMMJ was so perfect & unique but look at it now with all that interference. It doesn't even feel like IMMJ. First unnecessary mahasangams, leaps, then characters came & died but none got the closure. None of the track has been solved till now & now it is nothing short of soft-po*no at 7:30 slot. They gave so much & that's where they are now. Even though show might be getting fair TRP since the time slot is never played with, it's not what Yash Patnaik originally planned.

Cinevistaas gave in few times but now, they decided to end it.

Colors does it with each of their show. As per contract, Colors was supposed to give them 9 PM time slot & not interfere. But they did for greed or more profits. First leap was not supposed to take place back then. Paak Rishta was Colors interference to spice things up since they promoted Dil Se Dil Tak & Silsila like hell on the same concept but it got back-fired on them for some reasons.

I thought I had seen everything in life until I saw Ishqbaaz fans taunting others over bad writing, lack of originality and blah blah blah. The level of delusion đŸ€Ą đŸ€Ș

Don't you know Sitara, Naagin & Qayaamat ki Raat can give GOT run for money in terms of writing and looks. Then why not IB. Don't sleep under the rock. 😉

With all due respect to everybody who is bashing the storyline etc. Etc.
Saying dialogues and scenes were copied from ishqbaaz.

I have few things to say.
Its ok if you didn't like the storyline. It does have loopholes specially with the abrupt ending but my friend are you really saying ishqbaaz was or is (if its still on, god help itv) wasn't perfect too. I have watched few episode of that show and its boring as hell and what the actual _______i will it blank was shivay's signature style.
And saying that bepanah's lead doesn't have chemistry are you blind. Are you blind? Are you blind?

That is the definition of chemistry between leads.

Dude don't question the chemistry? I can't believe i read that.
The only reason bepannah failed is coz of luck. Somethings are way ahead their time, like tamasha in bollywood and bepanah in itv. A day will come people will realise how beautifully narrated the show was.

You know ppl derive pleasure by belittling others are called sadists.. anyway I used to watch this Ishqbaaz and had watched the EPIC wedding of leads.. (by the way how many times did they marry anyway) it was the best wedding ever. It was so good that it made me stop watching the epic Ishqbaaz. The villains who used to fool leads every single time intially n later lead would defeat them on wedding day in the nick of time .. again every single time.. what a creativity.. hats off.. thank God I stopped watching it. Anyway IB deserves claps 👏
PS: my first ever sarcastic post😆

Well there will be certain shows whose writing will leave an impact- Amla, Dil Sambhal Ja Zaraa, BP, KRPKAB, POW, Beyhadh, Silsila (despite the EMA's pathetic execution, it got something right), Ek Hasina Thi & a few more.
The characters in these shows were not something audience would understand who are too used to black & white characters. The leads of these shows were all grey & flawed. And such characters are not easily understood and appreciated.

You're so right. Bepannah was doomed to fail in a milieu where not just stories but characters repeat ad nauseum across shows.
I've been reading shruti's analyses, and I can only use her words: Bepannah is a show to be felt, not just seen. You either get it or you don't. You either love it or you scoff. Feel free to do the latter if it makes you feel better. It won't change the minds of those who have felt more, much more, than you have seen. Sure it had faults, but compared to many, many others, it has been a gorgeous experience. Jenshad have no chemistry? Personally I think they are scorching. You see Aditya and Zoya as cardboard, unidimensional? I felt differently. Each to his own.
Do tell, though, knowing the anger, pain and grief this forum is experiencing, why would you come here at this time and trash the show and actors/characters? Transference of a sort?
Have a good time watching whatever pleases you and isn't doomed.

P.S. Yet to read the responses to TM's post.

Really man. Such fools we are to watch a show like BP wherein the leads get married with each others consent because of the immense love they have developed for each other, and not because the ML forces the FL by threatening to finish off her little brother and placing his foot near her crying, pleading face 👏 #Couplegoals

No matter what no one can beat the chemistry that Emraan Hashmi has with his leads. I don't care what anyone says, Emraan Hashmi's chemistry can't be matched by anyone. Emraan Hashmi is the best.

Listen up. Emraan Hashmi is the best, no one can match his calibre, and his chemistry in romantic scenes, not in movies, not in serials. Emraan Hashmi is the best at romantic genre, no one can match him and his style. Emraan Hashmi ki Jai end of topic. EH <3
