if you r talking about the kid with Pallavi that is Rajveer as I said Pallavi was in constant touch with the orphanage where she had left the child. Maybe She was also seeing Harsh but didnt tell him abt Rajveer then untill he assured her that he will divorce Anjana and come to her. So the baby Rajveer and the young kid Is Rajveer in pics shown initally and later with Pallavi.
There is no lie there and Harsh disnt know abt Rajveer till the Diwali day as Pallavi wantes to surprise him. He broke all her dreams when he told her he cannot leave his Family and come.
At thisbtime the story telling is focusing on the word Family and how destroying can be ferioucious .
