Every show with logic & point to point tracks has low TV TRP in India. It's like audience just wants to watch EK shit non-stop.
KRPKAB too had low TRP along with DHTH. BP also comes in that. I makes me so sad & pissed on every level.

Because the show has logic reality nd every positive thing u mentioned. Apart frm all this it airs on india😕nd majority of itv audience's taste sucks. I dnt even want to talk abt those trp aunties. Those minority itv audience wanna watch the show but channel mess up the timing which leads to low trps! So basically bp is unlucky in terms of timings nd trps.

Any Indian show which has excessive drama and zero logic has high trp. I also agree with ERA none of the people around me watches any of those top ten shows. All of them are either running for eternity or has zero logic. And the sad part is now a days most of the indian tv shows are bringing in supernatural touch after seeing nagin/nazar's success. That day I was watching some clips of AAP ke aa jaane see, which is btw BP's slot competitor and has higher trp than BP, and they were showing chudail and black magic 🤣whereas the show was supposed to be about a younger guy falling for an older woman, they could have done so much with that plot but nevermind.

Whenever the trp day comes and we get a low trp we start finding faults in BP, like it was too dragging, Zoya only cried, adi was violent, AdiYa were fighting and thus the trp was low but my question is doesn't these things exist in all the other shows as well?? That too the top 15 ones!! So how can we say that for those reasons the trp is low??
No those are not the reasons for which the trp is low those are the reasons for which the trp is not high!!
If the arshad track would have dragged for centuries
If Adi was regressive man who likes to throw woman from one side to another
If it was a family drama with bari ma, bari papa, chacha,Mami, khala
If Anjana was a dayan

Then the trps would have been very high😊

That day I was watching a video on YouTube which talked about Indian shows that were super amazing but had very low trps and the list included mahi way, p.o.w etc and then I realized that actually audience doesn't like shows which doesn't have Ott drama or logic. And even though silsila is a disgusting show we can't deny the fact that it does happen in real life, yudkbh is another gem show with absolutely no trp.

So in a way I am glad that BP has low trp because if having high trpmeans being a show like those high trp shows then no thank you I am super duper Happy with these show.

The trp audience in India is the reason behind all the bullshit we see on television. There is absolutely no point in blaming Ekta or Gul for the regressive content in their shows for as businesswomen they only show what sells. The same old stuff told through new faces sells like hot cakes. To be fair, Indian channels have attempted to change the status quo by getting in shows like POW, Everest, etc - but what exactly was the profit made by these shows? Zilch.

The audience that these channels and production houses face is rigid minded, stubborn, regressive, and completely inflexible. They just are not ready to give a chance to logical shows that dont drag forever with stupid tracks and prefer to show some amount of reality. Today we are celebrating the fact that a couple instead of misunderstanding one another, decided to talk it out and solve their problems. What's there to celebrate to be honest? Isn't it normal, practical behavior? But the reason why we are appreciating the episode so much is because we have never seen pragmatism being shown in our shows. How sad is that?

All I can say is that BP deserves better trp than it gets, but, sadly it will never get its due in terms of ratings.

One cannot change the mindset of trp audience who prefer to watch Naagin or Nazar. Pls check local fb pages dedicated to hindi indian tv serials. Maximum comments come from those age grps between 15 to 25, they type in hinglish and irrespective of their ages ,.most of the comments are for Ishqbaaz, bhagyas, kaira, isa., kulfi, kcl and yes maximum comments are for the show which comes after us
So its not just those who are in the age grp of 30 to 40 who want regressive content, it looks like the younger generation are more into it

When Bepannaah's spoiler alerts are released on such pages, only 3 or 4 will comment. This how local or indian audiences react to a clean show

What we have in our hands is to watch Bepannaah and forget the rest.

@bold.
So, right. We are so used to watch tracks dragged for eternity that when a show comes with quick revelations, it literally feels like a great change.

I remember in KRPKAB, Dev met Sonakshi after leap after 2-3 episodes only & there were no hits & miss for months & he took like 2-3 days to meet Soha for the first time & find out that she was indeed his daughter. And it was so refreshing to watch it on TV, because had it been EK, the whole revelation would have dragged to like 6 months or more.

Mukti Bandhan, Everest, POW, Dehleez, DHTH, KRPKAB were some good shows with point-to point story but none of them gained popularity with mainstream audience & with TRP audience, even IMMJ was good initially but they ruined it by dragging &repetitive tracks.

The FL sent her mother in law to jail and ML says he feels its the right thing as she hid stuff! And to top it they romance TRP aunties would never like it!!

Being sarcastic here - I absolutely love the show! It is just people have over expectations and lesser patience levels! And the show being aired at that time of the hour could be an reason too.
Nevertheless hoping the channel does not care as HC and JW being such a popular couple and SM going crazy these days about them

The constant change in time slot from 9 to 9.30 and now to 10.30 and now again to top it all a delayed air time due to BB is affecting the show real badly. How can the channel expect audiences to hold on their patience at that hour if there's a delayed start on a daily basis.
Colors have messed it up big time.

In this case, we should question the education system in the schools. What are the Teachers teaching these kids at school? Do they have literature classes at school? What kind of books are these teenagers reading? Have they been exposed to good books/stories?
