Maybe, because Zoya was okay with Anjana not saying sorry to Waseem as she wanted to maintain cordial relationship with Anjana at the cost of Waseem (at least that's what Noor thought, anyways we know Waseem wouldn't relent). I guess her main problem is with the Hoodas and since now even Zoya is a Hooda she doesn't seem to care about her too. But my belief is she would have definitely supported Zoya even if Arjun and her affair wasn't in the picture. She supported Yash too. If you put aside the matter of Arjun, she would still be pissed off at Hoodas for putting Abbu in jail.

As far as I remember, Zoya slapped Noor because she had been lying to her for days about her job in the city. She didn't tell her that she had run away while Zoya was in assurance that her parents knew about Noor's whereabout.

When Zoya ran away for Yash, everyone in her house knew why had she run away and she didn't lie about the reason. While noor lied for days about this and moreover Mahi was the one to tell her about it. Lying angered her more than Noor's running away. I think Zoya wasn't even in contact with her parents then. Besides, the moment Zoya immediately apologized the vwey same day for slapping her once she heard her side of the story. Noor doesn't even want to listen here.

Noor's anger originally began with Waseem when he stopped her from going out of the house and that is what riled up her to go for job hunt. This was futher fuelled by everyone else lastly Arjun. Zoya's ego is nothing in compared to Waseem, hell the guy just want to be blindly followed and not questioned ever whereas Anjana can be easily controlled by Adi, Arjun, Harsh.

If Noor had been a supportive sister then Zoya too had been supportive of her relationship with Arjun for the entire time. She would still support Noor if Noor has to get into a relationship if she doesn't want to.

Problem with old Zoya and present Noor, both think they can take on this world on their own while being extremely stupid And without any sort of proper guidance.

Even zoya was called upon when she used to be stupid enough to do what she thought was right and believe Mahi blindly. Noor is repeating the same mistake with her boss now.

I understand her anger with everyone except for Zoya. Besides the moment Adi came to know about it, he made sure he stood against what was right and suddenly that doesn't count at all. Since she was one of those people who was actively pushing Zoya towards Adi.

Waseem has been irrational during the Arshad thing but ladies of the house have been much saner than him by all means. Don't want another addition to the minority list of insane people in the show now.
