The real question how come Zoya didn't realize her feeling for Aditya till now. last night episode she was wondering what Adi did to her to make her think about him all the time.

She was a married woman. She knows what love is. She was thinking about another man while she was preparing to get married to another. She never thought about her life with Arshad, How would she marry him?

If Arshad didn't call the wedding off would she marry him and live with him thinking about Aditya

Will she dream about Aditya while she is sleeping with her husband
