" Tumhe kaise pata, asked a bewildered Aditya.

" How do I know that you love Zoya?, she said as she stepped out in the balcony taking in the view.

" Do you Aditya why I knocked every single day on your door before going out for a run?

He shook his head.

" Because Aditya I saw a broken man. A man who was escaping from his emotions. I saw a man who eyes held a cry of help. I saw myself in you Aditya. ", she smiled serenely at him and continued.

" Aditya , when I decided to go ahead with my pregnancy at 19 years I had no one to support me. My parents threw me out and my boyfriend took off. For 9 months of pregnancy , every time I looked in the mirror I saw a pair of scared broken eyes stare back at me. I wanted love, I wanted acceptance. I wanted someone to hold my hand and say it was going to get better. Then when Sofia was born , she held my finger and I knew I would fight the world for her. She was my solace, my support. That day when I saw you trying to open the door , I saw the same hollow eyes again. , she said as she took his hand.

"Aditya , you have found your solace. You are finally home., she whispered

"Zoya?, Aditya said as he looked up to see her standing at the door.

Zoya saw two people in front of her. She saw how his hand had clasped her hand. She saw the smile that adorned his face.

" Haan who hum kehne aaye the ki we are leaving. Hum kal subah jaldi aayenge, she said tentatively not sure if she should enter the room.

"No ! You cant be leaving already. I haven't even met you guys properly., Sara said as she stepped in the room

" Sara, why don't you rest? Zoya kal subah aayegi you can then chat all that you want., he reasoned with her.

" But Aditya...

" No Sara. I'm getting you your favorite bedtime meal, he said

" Yellow Milk , both Sara and Aditya said in unison.

" You know Zoya, Aditya had spoilt me rotten. He would make this for me every single night. Mr.Hooda jaldi Paris aa jao, she quipped as she engulfed him in a hug.

" Drama queen. ", Aditya said as he and Zoya made their way down stairs.

" Kafi dilchasp hain Sara', Zoya said not sure what she meant.

" She is crazy. She comes without a filter. Jo socha woh bola. Magar dil ki bahut saaf hai. Agar pichle 6 mahine main kaat saka toh shayad sirf Sara ki wajah se, he added somberly.

Zoya sat in the cab with Noor and faked a headache. She closed her eyes and image of Aditya and Sara hugging came to her. Who was Sara? Aditya had been back for days now but he never mentioned her. Zoya, aap kis se jhooth bol rahi hai. Aap Aditya ki pichle 6 mahine ki zindagi ke bare mein kuch nahn jaanti. Were they in love? Aditya ke chehre ki muskurahat toh yehi keh rahi thi. So then she should be happy right? Her best friend had found love.

They reached home and Zoya hurried to her room. She quickly changed her clothes and drowned herself in work. Three hours later she was still on the same slide. She called up Aditya not knowing what she wanted to say. He didn't pick up.

She called him again and he again didn't pick up.

Fifteen minutes later she called Mr.Aditya Hooda and he didn't receive the call.

An hour later and 23 calls later , Zoya called up Arjun.

" Hello Arjun. Aditya aapke saath hain? Humein unse baat karni thi?

" Zoya , bhai toh mere saath nahn hai. Woh shayad Sara ko ice cream khilane le kar gaye the. Once he is back ill ask him to call you, Arjun said before he hung up.

Icecream at 1am? When she had told him to join her for ice cream he had scoffed citing late hours. She had to literally beg him magar aaj toh mijaaz hi alag hai.

She was fuming. Utterly fuming. How dare Aditya Hooda!

Her phone rang and Aditya's name flashed on her phone.

" Zoya? Sab theek hai na, Aditya asked worried.

" Aap the kahan? Aur apna mobile le kar kyon nahn gaye. Mobile itna chotta ek reason ke liya hai , taaki aap apne paas rakein

" Zoya, relax. I was already in the car when I realized ki main apna phone bhool gaya. Magar hua kya?, he asked perplexed.

" Hua kya? Humne aapko 23 calls kiye aur apne ek ka jawab nahn diya, she fumed

" Arre Zoya, jaise dekha waise hi phone kiya. I had taken Sara out for an ice cream. , he informed her.

" Ice cream? Itni raat ko ? kahan gaye the?, she asked jealous.

" Remember jahan tum mujhe le kar gayi thi. Aaj Sara ne force kar ke mujhe Mango flavor khilaya, I have to admit haan it is pretty good. Usne teen icrecreams khayi. Crazy woman, he said as he took his shoes off.

How dare he! He took her to their spot. He shared his icecream with her.

" Aap unko humari waali jagah le kar gaye?, she asked upset.

Aditya was taken aback by the sudden defeated tone of hers.

" Zoya?, he asked tentatively.

" Who humari jagah hai Aditya. Sirf hum dono ki. Aap unko wahan le gaye, she asked not sure why a tear had escaped her eyes.

"Zoya, tum theek ho?, asked an uncertain Aditya wondering if this conversation was still about an ice cream.

Zoya held on to the phone not wanting to speak. She knew one more word and her tears would belie her. Aditya held onto the phone wondering what was transpiring between the two of them.

" Zoya , I have never shared my icecream with anyone but you. Maine nah kabhi meri ice cream share kari hai na kabhi tumhare siva kisi ke saath karunga, he told her.

A small smile formed on her lips.

" Aditya, late ho gaya hai. Ab hum sote hain, she said as she put down the phone. A content Zoya slept peacefully.

Aditya Hooda put down the phone. May be Sara was right? Zoya Siddiqui felt something for him. It was time she owned up to what she felt for him

" Aditya, Zoya is in love with you too. Trust a woman and her instincts.,Sara said as she gulped her second ice cream.

" Tum sure ho?, Aditya asked all apprehensive.

" Ofcourse , Mr.Hot Hooda. I'm glad I came to India. I will now speed up the process, she winked as she ordered her third ice cream.
