Yes dear! I am gifing since ages and learned many things.. using brighter colors DO make the gif noisy. Thats a fact dear . However you can reduce the noice with the suitable coloring OR with sharpening / topiz clean etc.. :) I even did some gifs on the scene before.. outside of the office. I used brighter colors.. but if you compare them to these 3 then you would see a huge difference. Maybe a person who doesnt understand such stuff wouldnt notice but I do.. the brighter gifs are more noisy than these.
