The heart is such an amazing organ that keeps us alive and yet when someone dear to us, or someone we love, has walked away from us, we are left with the feeling that part of our heart is dying. There's an actual physical feeling as though a vice has clamped itself around our heart and is squeezing the life out of it. The heart feels the emotional pain and there's an urgency to grasp for air. The pain that is squeezing the heart almost prevents the oxygen from entering our lungs.

As Zoya was in the airport calling out to Adi in vain, desperately trying to get his attention, she could feel the vice grip slowly taking hold of her heart. And then when she saw Adi walking out of her life, through the departures gate, her heart did feel that pain and she probably felt like it was difficult to breathe. Part of the oxygen she needs had just slipped away from her.

yes and its a fine one.. one needs air to breathe.. that which cannot be seen.. but lack of it is evident in our distress

ohhh leap is a good one to start from.. I recall this was one show I was keen to watch..right from the start.. but was in hospital so missed the start..

Aditya being lost in Zoya's thoughts as her words ring in his ears reminds me of the earlier episode when Zoya had spoken to him at the airport and he wasn't able to fly after that cuz what she said got to him. Zoya's always been able to tell him home truths and for me this episode once again emphasized on that.

yes.. due to the ramparts he kept around him, only Arjun to get through him.. however the wimpy ,wispy gal.. was fearless of his roaring! and she told him bits that no one dare too
When he leaves a note, the only person he mentions in it is Zoya. He knew she would ask after him. And he knew she would understand what he's doing and why. And she did. But like you said correctly her love for her friend was preventing her from letting him go.

he left a note ,because her reaction mattered to him.. its like he always knew his movements featured with Zoya!

I must say that obedient and law abiding Zoya breaking rules to stop Aditya leaving was truly commendable. It tells me she can go to any extent for him without thinking twice, consequences be damned.

Zoya tearing up at the end showed how emotionally attached she's become to Aditya. She doesn't want to be away from, which makes me think of what you've said in another post about her becoming dependent on him without even realizing it. I will never get over the fact that this girl was able to stay away from her husband for the better part of every month yet went all the way running to the airport to stop her friend from leaving. I always felt like this would be the case. Aditya would be someone who she wouldn't be able to do without. Not because she's incapable to do so but rather because she doesn't want to be without him.

she has always had this tremendous loyalty towards Adi.. almost gratitude for lifting her up from an all time low.. she trusts her very life in his hands... Adi cannot deal with it.. he needed to define what he wanted from life at that point in life.. Now at the present time too he needs to walk up to her.. and confess how she always mattered to him.. like he mattered to her six months ago..
