Thinking to start a series on Adiya, regarding different scenarios that may have brought them together or affected their equation with each other. Each scenario may a few parts or just a random one shot peek into lives as lovers or husband and wife. Hope you all enjoy the series. I wasn't really sure if I was going to start anything major on them but when MM creations made me a banner I just had to try my hand at writing more on them.
"Zoya we have to go now!"
"Zoya we have to go now!"
She turned again towards the phone booth.
She had sent her sister back to Mussorie due to the recent events. It had been difficult to convince her but it had to be done.
"Noor!"
"Appi aap kahan ho? That Rajveer Khanna called here. He said you and Aditya killed Pooja and Yash jiju," her sister cried.
"Oh my Kohinoor, it's not true," Zoya assured her.
"Then why are you running appi! Abbu is so livid. I don't think he will forgive you this time," Noor said with a deep remorse.
"Then that is my destiny. You have to take care of them until I can return ok? Rajveer and Mahi framed us, we have to clear our names," Zoya declared.
"Aapi how will you do it? Don't tell me you are running with Aditya. Don't trust him aapi!," her sister wailed.
" Noor I have no choice. Huhme jaana hoga. Tum abbu aur ammi ka khayal rakna," Zoya stammered before she exited the booth.
Aditya grasped her wrist and they continued back on the bike he had comdered along the way.
They had no idea where they would end up, but they just had to keep running for now.
Hours later as the sun rose they finally found themselves on the outskirts of a village. An older couple gave them refuge.
Aditya found some work and Zoya joined the ladies who worked as fisherwomen.
At the end of their first full day there, Aditya frowned at her.
"Kya hua?"
"You smell like a fish," he commented.
"So I was working with the fish today. I told you I would pull my weight," she declared.
"Sounds like you were swimming with them rather than catching them," he remarked.
She shook her head at him.
"Bahut batameez hogaye aap!," she snapped before going to freshen up.
It was ten days later when Rajveer showed up somehow at their borrowed cottage on the outskirts of the village.
Aditya came to stand in front of Zoya.
" Do you have any evidence officer?," Aditya called out.
" Interesting. You both could have milked your accounts and escaped much further by now. Zoya could have gone back to Mussorie and lawyered up. You could have taken your family's help too Aditya but instead you two came here. Now that is every interesting."
"Bolo are you here to falsely accuse us again or is there some other topic you would like to discuss?," Aditya snapped.
"Relax. Mahi Arora may have led me astray but now I know the truth," Rajveer declared.
" Kaunsa saach,?" Zoya spoke up as she came to stand besides Aditya.
" Tum dono innocent ho. However I have a proposition for you," he declared.
"Kya?," both said at the same time.
"Help me find out who killed your spouses and I will make sure you get your lives back," Rajveer declared.
This time Zoya answered for them.
"Theek hai. But no tricks this time Mr. Khanna."
"So Ms. Siddique we have a deal?"
Aditya leaned forward.
" If Zoya is in, then I am in to make sure you don't screw us over this time,."
They shook hands with him.
"Ok you two, my car is right there. Let's return to Mumbai shall we?"
They packed their limited belongings and headed back to the city that almost swallowed them whole.
