Why Rajveer use 'Bepanaah' for mahi's feelings

In precape, Rajveer used the word " bepannaah pyaar" for Mahi's feelings to Aditya...is it appropriate here? Does he know what is " bepannaah pyaar" and hw much intensed it should be? Ya aise hi bol diya? Might be Mahi is infatuated by Adi, but it shouldn't call love and " bepannaah pyaar"!! Never.

He used the word "Bepanah" because it is the title of the drama and nothing else... Otherwise he could have said tumhara stupid love adi k liye 😉

Rajveer is just trying to use Mahi's hatred for Adiya to his advantage..does he care if Mahi's love, attraction or wateva is bepanaah, bematlab or anything? No..he is just trying to spite her.. extremity of any emotion, be it love or hate makes people do silly things.. at this point if Mahi has anything bepanaah that is her hatred and jealousy for Zoya.. coz she sees Aditya pulling Zoya closer and saying those ''romantic'' lines which she wanted to hear.. obviously she wouldn't know or care to know the whole context of that conversation, neither the fact that Zoya was reprimanding Aditya for playing with Mahi's feelings..
