😆 that guy was the man inside the car in one of the previous promos so he is not a good guy like @eshasrk said I think as well he is friend's with rajveer and both are together in trapping AdiYa.

If I get it correctly
zosh is an event management company
Hooda's is a family name last mame
Aroras also a fanily name last name
Kapilesh Viraani Viraani Family is here to give the event to a family owned buisness
Maybe the name Zosh according to viraani is the title of the buisness house
Arora name plate is just there which he is not in need of seeing or observing to make any conclusion.
The Peon in office when asked for Aditya Hooda Zoya by Kapilesh he was confused as he may not be told abt this plan of playing husband wife with different last names. So he the peon gave Zoya's address and Kapilesh assumed it was Hooda residence Name Plate was secondary to observe.

So that is what I can conclude as obvious natural flow.
Or I may be overseeing things.

If Kapilesh & Viraani clan is a set up of Rajveer the evidence collected by viewers observation may unfold to us and the two protangisnts Aditya and Zoya if they are convicted for any crime of Yash & Pooja's murder or a suicide or they are trapped by a third person or is not at all related to anyone in the present scenario.

He is there on a mission...this whole contract thing is to trap AdiYa , coz Rajveer is his friend.

He is on a secret mission for his CBI friend and just fooling AdiYa and they are walking right in his trap

Kaplesh did seem suspicious with the way he drove all the way to Zoya's house, insisted on being invited inside the house, then insisted on waiting for Adi, etc... like that was way too much intrusion esp since it was clear that Zoya didn't want to invite him in.

Kaplesh having other motives might explain the name-plate point.
