Don't know the story. After seeing the promo this is just my assumption.

Promo mein what rangeela says---

(Now Mahi says) And aakhri chal hum chalenge

Zo n Adi are happily taking pheras

Apurva comes and throws AdiYa romantic pics on them and says "Haadsa nahi, katal hua hai "

Honestly, this does seem to be a possibility because of how it was showed in the promo with the handcuffs and AdiYa holding hands... but it won't add up with whatever has been shown before.
